All sorted and I will be recommending them to our entire block as we all have underfloor heating so good to find a company who know what they are doing!

Two no shows, office unaware
Booked them for Friday am, the person didn’t show, after chasing was told in mid afternoon that he had an accident that morning and had to go A&E, so couldn’t come, but would come on Monday morning. On Monday again a no show; was initially told he would come later but then he didn’t show at all and the office couldn’t get hold of him. They did offer another plumber to come in the evening but that didn’t work for us. I understand timings change, but the plumber involved apparently couldn’t be bothered to let the office know, so we just left waiting in all day for the second day running. Will not use again.

While the initial delay was due to an emergency medical situation, we regret that the follow-up was not handled better. We did offer an alternative engineer for the Monday evening, but we understand the timing did not work for you.
We are reviewing our internal processes to ensure this doesn't happen again and sorry for letting you down on this occasion.

I have used this company on a number of occasions for a range of problems and feel very lucky to have discovered them: competent, reliable and cheerful, and reasonably priced. If the work isn’t successful first time, they will come back and fix it. Strongly recommend.

Good service
Kevin arrived promptly on the day of our call out and was courteous and efficient. He identified the problem (our toilet waste pipe needed to be resealed) and fixed it quickly. We are happy with the service provided, especially as it was an emergency call out. Thanks Kevin!

Plumber haven’t arrived
I called on Tuesday to arrange a plumber for Thursday. I waited the entire day, but no one showed up, and I didn’t receive any call or explanation—just complete silence.
I followed up on Friday and was told they were still looking for a plumber. We agreed they would call me back to confirm either way, and possibly arrange a visit for Saturday. Once again, no one called, and no one showed up on Saturday either.
I ended up wasting an entire week with this company. Extremely disappointing experience.

I was quite impressed when I used Homecure for the first time. Their Engineer was honest with their advice and did the work with no hidden costs or charges. Subsequent Engineers and work have been the same.

Heating engineer called Jamie came around within 24 hours, found fault quickly and soon had problem fixed.
Reasonable cosh, will use Homecure again.
