I had the misfortune of booking with this company never again, scam, paid £56 for 5 nights then to be asked for another £10 each for some nonsense about airport gates... My car was lucky to survive the pot holed road leading to the farm. No organisation, they ask you to ring half an hour prior to arrival after 3 attempts a person who sounded like a child answered with poor English I thought we'd been redirected to India. No bus waiting at airport on arrival, again noone initially picked up on phone then to be told it would be half an hour to arrive, not acceptable on a cold autumn night

We arrived back from holiday at 1230am at Bristol airport and had so much trouble trying to get the bus to pick me and my 5 year old son up because the plane was slightly late i was told by a person on the customer service number for Bristol park and ride that I had to pay 20 pounds bank transfer otherwise I couldn't pick my car up and me and my 5 year old son would be stranded in Bristol airport in the early hours of the morning.
I explained I had no money on my card and had to pay cash.
He then told me that couldn't happen it needed to be cash and he hung up the phone. My son new there was something wrong and was crying uncontrollably in the airport and by this time it was around 130am.
I sent a what's app to the man begging him to pick us up,
He rang back and said no they couldn't pick us up unless I transferred 20 pounds.
By this point my son was so upset he was being sick so as you can imagine I had to take things into my hands and told the man on the phone if he was refusing to give me my car and happy to leave a 5 year old out in the cold all night I would phone the police!
He hung up and 30 seconds later he rung back telling us they would pick us up but I'd still need to pay 20 pounds cash which I did when the bus arrived.
On arrival at the airport park and ride I got to my car,inspected it and noticed the rear tyres both were fiat which the employee took pictures of,I haven't unfortunately as it was late and I just needed to get my son home.
Luckily I have a pump in my car and I pumped them up temporarily to hopefully drive home.
On driving down the exit road which has the biggest pot holes imaginable I noticed my car not driving properly so I turned into a side street and was stuck as one tyre again was going down fast so I couldn't drive to Cardiff or a hotel for the night so I had to wrap my son up in a blanket and sleep on my back seat of my car!
The next day I got a puncture repair kit from a shop closed by and managed to drive home that morning.
I have now had to pay 100 pounds for new tires and obviously the cosy of the parking which was just shy of 60 pounds,plus 20 pounds extra to the driver if the coach of Bristol park and ride.
This service was disgusting and to leave us abandoned and told there was nothing they could do left me and my son out in the cold for the night.
I want to get reimbursed for this service and my tyres.
I don't expect to leave my car which was fully functioning with Bristol park and ride for a week and come back to 2 punctured tyres which obviously got punctured on the way in,down that track of potholes which the manager of Bristol park and ride said they didn't have time to fix!
If I don't get a full refund I will be reporting this incident which could have a damaging future effect on my 5 year old son to trading standards and HMRC. Other people were told that night to pay extra to the driver as well but refused,this is obviously a scam.

This livery yard doubles as an airport parking park and ride service. However, when I arrived to the car park I was informed that my booking wasn’t there. I had to pay again to keep my car there as apparently the company which I had booked through no longer had a contract with them. On top of that there’s a £17 fee that you have to pay on site too. I was given a number to call when I had landed so pick up could be arranged but no one answered the phone at any point. I waited 20 minutes before they arrived and had to ask if they were the correct minibus. Other people had been waiting much longer than I had too. I would not recommend

AWFUL COMPANY!!! STAY CLEAR!!!
This business uses multiple names to cover there bad reviews, they don't answer the phone when you need them, they don't get you to the airport on time and they don't pick you up on the way back in time, Infact we hat to wait for nearly an hour before they turned up to be rudely spoken to by the driver.
Terrible experience and I truely. hope this review saves others from experience the same trouble as I have. ZERO ⭐️

This place is providing trading for "Park & Ride Bristol" which sells airport parking space for travellers from Bristol Airport. They trade through airport parking websites like Compare Your Parking (as was my case). They have horrific reviews on Google and i wish i had seen it before so i wouldnt put my family through the distress of the worst travelling experience we ever had... hours before our departure they ignored our calls which they require to be made before arrival to the site and left us stranded without use of the service they were fully paid for and desperately seeking alternatives ... 4 weeks later and i am still to see a reply to my complaint, or an apology and clearly NO REFUND... These are unscruppulous traders that do not care for consequences to ruin your hard earned holiday or travel plans.
