Response time is slow and not very attentive
I was in the process of finding an insurance for my new business, there was no answer on the phone, I left a voice mail. I did get a call back and an email with 20-page long questionnaire. Most of the questions did not even pertain to my situation. Improving this issue would be having someone to answer the call and offering to complete these forms with me on the phone. The impression I got is that new clients are not welcomed or valued.

Hi Yalena. You must be mixing us up with someone else. Our new business liability application is two pages, and the workers comp. application is one page. And then one page for additional insureds. Your application came in at 10:48 AM and the quote was back to you at 11:22 AM. And all of it was done online, we did not send you an application by email.

Always a great experience
This is my third year for liability coverage with the Solutions Group. As a business owner, they make it easy to renew. Not to mention, one of the few companies able to provide me with the coverage I need. They reach out in advance when my policy is up for renewal. I'm able to review and make any changes easily. Payment options with payment plans if necessary. It is stress free and I appreciate that in my busy life.

We chose The Solutions Group over 10 years ago from corporate GN recommendation. Their staff has been helpful and serve us quickly. They give us the time and provide us with the liability insurance we need to do our job with our service providers. We have had a couple of their staff serving us since the beginning of our working with them. We are grateful to be teamed with them and their timely support and assistance. We highly recommend them!
