My heating broke down and it was my decision to have the entire system replaced however being a Saturday afternoon on a cold February I wasnt very hopeful of getting this done quickly. I contacted three companies and only two could come out to give me a quote the following day. I received same advice from both companies however one of the companies stressed how difficult and expensive my job would be and the other company being you guys (Homeheat Limited) said there would be no problem and it could be done in a day. I only had to wait a few days before work got underway. The boys were sitting outside my property bang on 8am and never stopped till 8pm that night. The heating installers were very respectful of my property, covered everything and cleaned up as they went. They had great maners and when the electrician came to fit my control pad he sat with me till I was confident I knew how to work it. Dealing with this company on the telephone I spoke to two different ladies who were equally nice and extremely helpful and very polite.
The finished result OMG im over the moon and my house has never been as warm as it is now.
I 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a good heating system or even just a repair.

Following our decision to replace our old boiler we found Kevin, from HomeHeat, very helpful indeed in suggesting a boiler which would fit into a somewhat restricted space, and this was an important factor in our choice of boiler. Once we had opted for a particular boiler and arranged a date, the HomeHeat team arrived very promptly in the morning and set to work removing the old boiler and installing the new one. By 4:00 p.m. they had completed all the work, and cleared the debris away and were ready to head for home. I was most impressed with their work and very satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else wanting a gas boiler installation.

The office staff are very efficient and helpful. The engineer made the experience very straightforward and the girls in the salon continued to work unhindered. Competitively priced boiler pre boiler tax. at short notice. No hassle. Appreciated the extended warranty from 5 to 6 years.
Also thought the courtesy call was very thoughtful. I would have no reservation recommending Homeheat.

From survey carried out by Kevin, to installation by Paul, our experience with this company has been excellent. Prompt installation at a competitive and fair price, along with peace of mind that the job has been completed by a very professional company. Apart from a nice new boiler, you wouldn't know Paul had been here- no cleaning up to do after him. The office staff too are very efficient and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. Excellent service - from initial inquiry, to providing a competitive quote, undertaking an on-site survey before fitting, to installing the new boiler and talking me through how it worked. Any questions raised were answered promptly.

From the analysis of our requirements for a new boiler made by Kevin it was clear he new what he was doing. Other companies did not make the correct analysis. The installation process was timely and extremely efficient. The boiler and installation price was also excellent. Highly recommended.

We recently decided to replace our old gas boiler because of the likely increasing difficulty of obtaining spare parts in view of its age. The boiler was to replace a floor-standing one in a very limited space, and we were very favourably impressed by the helpful information given to us by the HomeHeat representative, Mr Kevin Whitters, who came to provide a quotation. He suggested that the Vaillant boiler with a rear flue would be most appropriate. The price quoted was very reasonable and the quotation therefore accepted. On the day of the installation of the new boiler the HomeHeat team arrived very promptly and set about its installation in a very efficient manner. This involved removing a bench top to allow greater access to the limited space available and then its replacement in position when the boiler had been installed – one would not have known that it had had to be removed and refitted. The whole job was done very effectively, including replacement of a leaking pump, and we are delighted with the results of the whole operation.

This is the second time we've used this company and have had absolutely no problems.
Turned up on time to supply a quote, came on time to install, tidied up, pleasant and professional, follow up after installation to check we were happy and they registered new boiler.
Also offer a very competitive yearly service.
