It was my first personal experience working with you all and I was very pleased and I am excited and eager to do so again. My Mother -in -law unfortunately died the beginning of October . Her request was to be repatriated back to her home land Italy. We contacted CPJ Field funeral director who we had used before. We asked them to assist us with making the arrangement for the repatriation of our mother.

The Customer service was fantastic and we were keep updated on a daily basis to what was going on and given advise on what document we as a family needed to acquire on there behalf so they could plan ahead.

Thank you so much for the wonderful, sensitive service you provided after the death of our son Edward Parry in Los Angeles. My apologies for taking so long to respond. After you brought his ashes home to us, my wife and I were able to have him blessed by the vicar in our local church where he was once a choirboy and we then buried him at sea. Your colleague who brought Edward's ashes from Gatwick to our home was a charming and delightful person as was your other colleague Mehrez who lives here inBrighton. He could not have been more kind, helpful and sensitive during our several telephone conversations. Again, thank you all. John and Judy Parry.
