Very good service. I ordered 4 garden chairs by post. It arrived in a couple of days. One chair arrived broken. They immediately say, they would send a new one. So, very recommended..!
Reason I went with the there online store offered 3 payments for it that makes things lot easier when having 2 pay u don't need all up front 1st time doing that way worked out well

Didn't get everything I ordered
Didn't get everything I ordered. Rang them only get through to answering machine left a voice message, still go no reply 2 days later. Also sent email and got no reply.

Super shop, superb shopping experience, ultra fast delivery and they exercise the greatest of care packing.
Strong, strong packaging is a sign of a great company in my opinion.
Had a delivery yesterday and everything was expertly packed with packaging I will reuse.
Goods are always top quality too.

Homeland sent the wrong product
Homeland sent the wrong product - which was poorly packaged.
Some online suppliers would immediately despatch the correct product, recognising the mistake. Unfortunately Homeland found it more important to receive the return product before despatching the correct product. The fact that the packaging in which the wrong product was despatched was so poor left it incapable of safely conveying return to Homeland.
The offer of a voucher for discount off the 'next purchase' does nothing to encourage further business with Homeland.
