Scam! The order did not arrive after multiple contact attempts - their phone number published online is not working. I have to contact my bank to get a refund because they have not make any progress in giving it back to me. Please do yourselves a favor of not dealing with this website. Definitely a scam!

This is a SCAM! Do not buy anything from here. Been
waiting over 3 months for my order for which I got told
that there is a high number of orders and workers doing
overtime shifts for and emails saying that they are looking into it and will follow up. Then when I requested a refund I was told I'd get a notification once that was processed and it
has never come!!!

Waited several weeks for my order, and when it did arrive it was defective, and the furniture could not be assembled. I have since contacted them on 3 occasions asking for a full refund but they have simply employed delaying tactics “sorry we need evidence”, “sorry, we can’t open the photos in the email you sent”, “sorry we need to speak to our suppliers”.
Do yourself a favour- don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

I ended up canceling my order. It took 2 months and I still hadn’t received it. I tried to contact them multiple times but I got no response and when they did finally respond it was a vague answer to my questions and I never got an answer on wether or not they even had stock of my item. Will never shop here again.

I ordered suitcases to be delivered within seven days. They didn't deliver. After threatening legal action refunded money after a few months

It appears this company is unethical I am having the same issues since early Dec 22 with no order. Waiting for a refund for the Afterpay. Full of excuses.

Do not buy from this site. They do not send your goods. Trying to organise a refund but I am not liking my chances.

Service was fast item exactly as described. Very happy.

The courier service u chose to use lost my product ( a marquee for our daughter’s 21st birthday), found it, but delivered it too late for the event. I have no need for it any more and want a refund.

Waiting for a refund, after waiting over a month for my order that was never dispatched!! Was told they were sorry for the delay, they were really busy…An appalling experience from a business that is now quite happy to have me wait for a refund. Not sure if this is actually a genuine online store. Avoid avoid avoid

Communication, the say fast delivery but it’s not true, I didn’t even receive confirmation of my order and they kept fobbing me off. I ended up cancelling my order and asking for full refund which wasn’t easy to get either. No one should order from this place which is so sad as their products look lovely but you can’t trust them.

I Ordered & Paid months ago & still have not received my order.

Placed an order, paid for it. Didn’t show up. Followed up 4-5 times, finally got a refund, they couldn’t supply. If you don’t have the goods to sell don’t advertise them!!

The website said it was to be dispatched within a week. Wasn’t informed of any back orders or delays for three weeks, when I contacted them it too a long time for a reply if I got one. I contacted multiple times and was lied to about when it would be sent. After 6-8 weeks of waiting I ended up getting a refund and ordering from a new place for cheaper that actually shipped it within the week.

Never received our order after 6 weeks and never even got updates. We had to check in every week for an update only for it to never arrive.

I ordered a coffee table and lather realised that I can buy the same table for the much lower price!
Contacted a customer service to cancel the order.
What a great customer service! They canceled the order and gave me a refund without any hassle!

I had only received one email after my purchase, which was very vague.
After waiting weeks & reading an unhappy comment on social media, I decided to make contact via email to see where my product was? To say that I had better communication with the unhappy customer on social media, is an understatement.
So many excuses were given, though eventually I was offered a refund right up until it was set to arrive & then it was refused.
Correspondence was definitely not from Australia as one is lead to believe with them being “based” in Melbourne.
I actually thought I’d unsubscribed from all emails from this company but apparently not?
I definitely will NOT be purchasing from Home on the Swan ever again.
A waste of time & money.
I believe it was mid August when I ordered but I tried to wipe this purchase from my mind …

I ordered on the 06/08/22 a pool cover.
My purchase didn’t arrive, today is the 04/11/22. Lack an communication is well. Won’t order again with Home on the Swan.

I ordered through Home On The Swan as “free shipping” was advertised throughout there website and even throughout the checkout process. They also indicated that the shipping would be within a few days.

A few days after ordering they sent me an invoice with further shipping charges ($70+). They were unwilling to honour their website promise of free shipping. After searching for a long time on their website I found the “fine print” which states they cannot deliver to certain postcodes (including mine). The website should be updated to reflect actual shipping info when checking out

This was a pain to deal with and I missed the opportunity to have a marquee at my event based on them stuffing me arounx
