This company is brilliant. If I could give six stars I would. From day one, this company was very responsive and attentive. Their prices were competitive. I was able to book in an appointment within a week. When I had to postpone, they were patient and accommodating.

When our Inspector Keith finally got to view our home (pre-competition) he was very thorough and provided a very detailed report.

We had difficulties with our Developers in that parts of our home was not given access to the Inspector. Keith promptly alerted us and I was able to make calls and some to get some resolution (and later financial compensation from the Developer). Keith was later allowed to gain some more access. He was so patient and understanding and waited whilst I made calls and offered advice too. He was a true Gem.

Julie, the Manager has always provided sound advice too and was always responsive with any emails and calls made. This is our first new build purchase and Julie explained the differences between the different inspections available and what was best to have at the stage of pre-completion and post completion.

This snagging company has been amazing throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Julie came out to snag our new build. Straight away she put us both at ease spending time to chat. We knew we could trust the company within the first few minutes. Julie was with us for well over 2 hours and carried out a thorough internal and external check of our house including the use of a drone to check high elevations. A full check including thermal imaging inside as well. The results were impressive and overall Julie picked up on many faults we would have never spotted. The service was worth every penny and I would highly recommend this company for anyone out there.

Julie arrived dead on time and explained the process for the inspection before asking about any defects I had noticed myself. She then conducted a very thorough inspection, pointing out many defects that I had not noticed myself and also some that I would never have been aware of using the thermal imaging camera. The final report is clear and comprehensive with pictures ready to send to the developer for the defects to be put right.

Keith was incredibly professional, thorough and also very friendly. The use of technology to look for snags was very reassuring and it was clear he had an amazing understanding of everything that was discussed. If you need snags checking I wouldn't look anywhere else.
