I would actually not even give it any stars if I could ordered a dresser and chest set box was damaged when we opened it more than half the pieces were missing have tried many times to contact them to get a replacement still have not been able to get a hold of them and I need a return label still no answer from them
Buyer beware!
We purchased a beverage cooler for our client through HomeSquare. We received an email that they had shipped the item on 12/31, so we assumed it was on the way. In talking to our client last week (mid February), we determined the item had not arrived at all. We went through the company's website to track the order, it simply said "error." We were eventually able to track it on Fedex, which reports that it was delivered in TX (we are in CO). We contacted Home Square.
First of all, it's very hard to talk to a human unless you say you're buying something. Their "help with a previous purchase" option will literally tell you to email them and hang up on you.
Second, they kept telling us to send them an email at every turn. After multiple email attempts, we received no response.
Thirdly, we called several times to talk to a manager, but all of the representatives said managers don't take phone calls at HomeSquare. Big red flag!
Ultimately, they said the fridge was outside their return window and won't help. Despite them sending the item to the wrong state, they won't let us talk to a manger or offer any form of help or compensation including a replacement item. Now we are out $1000 and HomeSquare couldn’t care less.
Do not purchase from them!

Homesquare is a total rip off
Homesquare is a total rip off. Buyer Beware.!! I have yet to receive a refund for a cancelled order from December 30th. They respond with you will receive your refund within 2-3 days. I have yet to receive a refund. Never again and will never buy anything from ebay again. They suck!
Absolute incompetence
Will never use this company or associates - absolutely incompetent. Terrible service - taking weeks for them to correct their mistake - no apology, really low standard - avoid and spread the word!
No customer service response
I have been trying to contact customer service about trying to replace a mirror that was scratched and have yet to receive a response. So far, I am not pleased with the level of customer service.
12 emails, no live person, robbed me of my money!
12 emails, nobody to talk to over a phone! Call the customer service number and it rings and rings for hours!!!! I canceled my order, and STILL was charged. I sent screenshots of the successful charge on my card and they respond with “the order was canceled so no refund is needed”. I’m still out $262.43 for a mirror I never received. Give me my money back!!!
The Cabinet is really cute, BUT
The Cabinet is really cute. Perfect for my cookbooks, and fits nicely in the small area. However it smells like dead fish, and I have washed it down 3 times, with everything I know that will kill the odor. Not sure what to do next. and its was expensive for what it is, but i was so excited cause it would fit perfectly

"I Bought a bedroom set, actually very beautiful in pictures but when I received and started to assemble it I see the poor quality of the material, the dresser was delivered with incomplete parts and incomplete instructions, after contact the support with a tons of difficulties (several calls) they let me know they will send the replacement parts also I will receive an email with all the shipping information but the facts is the support was poorly and never I received any email from them with the shipping information.
I understand that I will never receive the replacement part, and only I would like to ask you: How the customer service dare laugh and mock the customer ?

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, horrible return policies, and they basically just lie! Bought an item through Walmart.com - on the site and in the return instructions it stated the item could be returned to Walmart…I ended up needing to return it as it was too big for the space. I was initially given the run around by both Walmart and HomeSquare stating I needed to contact the other and vice versa..I finally got it escalated to someone at HomeSquare where they offered to refund me $9 back from an item that was over $100. After a lot of back and forth I received and email that they would offer me a full refund so I jumped through all their hoops of sending the item back and then I al told I will only be getting $70. I DO NOT recommend purchasing any items from this company! The item had obviously been put together previously and returned before we even got it…they just what your money and have cheaply made, crappy merchandise! BUYER BEWARE!

I was going to order an item from another company and the very next morning when I had the money to order it, it was out of stock. I googled the product and found it on Homesquare and was very happy. Placed my order and was charged for it as well as having to pay 10 dollars shipping. I got an email that it would ship in 2-3 days and was expected between dec 7-13. I logged onto my order status today and it says being processed, then at the bottom in tiny letters , the product is out of stock and won't ship till january 7 2022. If they didn't have the product why did they accept my order? This was a Christmas gift and unique and not easy to substitute. I can't believe they didnt' even inform me that my order was not coming when do because the product obviously doesn't exist . This is the first time ordering from Homesquare, and well i'm not impressed and will never order from this company again. They immediately put a hold on my money with no plan on sending my item. I have also noticed that whenever a company charges for shipping, it takes forever to come. UPDATE they have cancelled my order without contacting me . I have only received a order confirmation email the day I ordered this item. AND they have not refunded my money . Please don't order anything from this scam company selling stuff they dont' even have in stock.
