Delivery was not good. There was a delay and I was informed of this. Then the delivery company advised me that the unit would be delivered on Friday but it did not arrive until the following Wednesday. On putting the unit together, one numbered piece was the wrong item, one shelve was chipped and one of the doors was damaged. We have made do with it because we don’t want the hassle of having to pack it all up and return it and wait again for another delivery, but disappointed. The unit is ideal for what we want and will hold up to 16 pairs of shoes (less for men’s shoes) but the damage has meant a reduced rating.

Goods arrived on time and in good order. The product was good with good instructions. One small part missing.

Very happy with this piece. It arrived on time, was easy to assemble, and fits well in the space. The quality seems solid.

Not so great an experience. First of all the delivery guy refused to take the items to my flat and dropped three heavy boxes in the lobby. The racking units look sturdy although the quality is not what I expected. Considering the cost I can hardly complain but was expecting a little more quality.

Excellent service and delivery was very good, pleased with the corner ladder, will use home supplier again.

Arrived next day. Hard to put together but worth the effort. Very sturdy and better quality than I had expected in view of the low price.

We were not given sufficient notice of the delivery date. The item is now due to be delivered when we will be away from home.

I am very pleased with the bookcase quality, price & ease of putting it together, my only criticism was the time it took to arrive, but this may have been the carrier's fault, not your company

Cabinet looks great; fitted well together.
All the instructions were good and well labelled but the actual pieces weren’t; so that could be better.
