Very good service
Very good service from a knowledgeable engineer who gave great advice and did a thorough service of our boiler. I would certainly recommend.

Easy to report a fault with boiler , and a quick response , and appointment with an engineer . Engineer quickly found the fault ,and ordered parts to remedy boiler fault . Two days later engineer returned fiitted parts , and now my boiler is working fine .

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. They will never fix anything with the boiler. Their playbook is to blame everything on sludge even if you show them evidence against it. They will double down and avoid the work. Don’t bother paying for the insurance. It’s money down the drain.

Hometree failed to share necessary information.
When I booked the appt I specifically, clearly and repeatedly told the person doing the booking that I needed a new trap for my kitchen sink to replace the IKEA one that is leaking. I stressed that the plumber be informed that I needed a new British trap and pipes and she assured me that she had noted it for the plumber given the job. Today the plumber arrived on time and told me he couldn't do the job today as he didn't have the parts necessary and he hadn't been informed by Hometree of my request. He took photos and agreed to get the parts and return on Thursday 26 March, between 12 -4pm to complete the job. I now have to stay in for another afternoon because the plumber hadn't received the information that I gave the woman booking the appointment. This was unsatisfactory and annoying .I can only hope that the plumber will return to complete the job on Thursday.
Again my confidence in the service I'm paying Hometree to provide is being tested .

Friendly representatives with excellent communication throughout the repair process.
Very impressive service
Very impressive service. Easy to book an engineer who arrived on the date and at a time specified in advance. He communicated very clearly what the problem was and what would happen next. Namely, an engineer from the boiler manufacturer would most likely conduct the repair and this is exactly what happened. Not only that, but they performed a full boiler assessment and service. The boiler is now running as good as new.

Perry from Central Plumbing & Heating Solutions came to do our annual boiler service through Hometree. His communication, courtesy & professionalism were excellent.
He serviced the boiler thoroughly and sorted an ongoing problem with the temperature of our water without being asked. (We have been trying to get plumbers to sort that for years to no avail!)
A very pleasant, efficient and professional plumber with a good sense of humour too, which helps. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
