Great website for legit reviews as every review is verified.

I like the reward for telling my honest opinion of my moving experience.

i was told i will get a £20 amazon gift voucher if i did the review, i havnt recievd my giftcard.

Firstly, it's given me the opportunity to say my bit. Secondly, there was a £10 incentive for my time, thirdly, given me an opportunity to become an ambassador.

The website is easy to use and gives generous incentives for reviews (£10 Amazon voucher). In the past I've pointed out to them where reviews haven't been for the correct development and they have acted upon this and removed them.

I own a new build in Liverpool and we are one of the unlucky buildings that has had cladding issues making it impossible to sell. It has been a very frustrating few years however the scaffolding has finally gone up to get it removed! Homeviews has been a really useful platform to identify other residents in my building who are also looking to sell. As a result we have been able to act together and keep pressure on our property managers to keep moving this forward.

I also found it very helpful to see how other developments with similar issues have dealt with the problems and how quickly (or slowly!) the cladding was removed and at what cost.

Very helpful platform and will certainly be looking through it before looking into any further properties.

I was sent a postcard inviting me to write a review on my development in exchange for a voucher. Quite a long review to write but I guess it provides a lot more detail for people reading. Took a few days but I then was emailed my voucher. Hadn’t heard of the website before but will probably check out reviews before I look to rent my next place.

Really useful website, I’m surprised I hadn’t heard of it before. I’ve just started my search for a new place and it’s great being able to read reviews from people already living in the spots I’m looking at.

This company is completely manipulative, It lacks professionalism and integrity ! First, they sent a letter to my mail box inviting me to review my property and promised an Amazon gift card for that . They “claimed” that no review is published before manually verifying the user and making sure that he or she lives in the property . 24 hours after submitting my review, I received an email from them saying that I have been verified as a resident in the building and my review is now posted and live on their website, but the Amazon gift card wasn’t sent and when I sent them an email questioning the reason why I haven’t received my promised Amazon gift card , their agent replied they are sorry they didn’t send the gift card because they couldn’t verify me as a resident in the building which is the contrary of what they sent me few hours earlier !! I think that is either a very cheap way to have an out of sending the gift card or it means they are just a scam and not trustworthy website that posts reviews on properties for people that haven’t been verified as residents in the property !!! Simply Avoid!!

Got us to leave a review by promising an Amazon gift card but then told us after that we weren’t one of the 51 top reviews so we weren’t eligible..:

I wasn't aware of homeviews until I received information regarding writing a review on their site. If only I had known about them when I was purchasing my current property, it would definitely have helped to inform me!!

The process for writing a review was pretty smooth and very straightforward, I have received my voucher as promised and my review is already up on their website.

All in all, a very good experience.

Really intuitive website, easy to leave reviews, navigate and get feedback on other development. I'm not aware of another service that finally allows you to rate developers and their products. Fingers crossed this will help drive up quality of developers work.

Found this site had a lot of helpful info related to properties I wanted to know more about. Overall it had a good view of the positives and negatives for the developments in the area I was looking in, useful for making such a big decision.

This is a great platform. To start with, I read the reviews already on there. Genuinely useful and most importantly they felt real and trustworthy. I've since written my own review and engaged more with the platform and have found it a great tool all round. It can only get better as the content builds and I will certainly recommend this.

I found HomeViews when looking for somewhere to rent in East London. I loved the 'what you wish you'd known' part of the reviews as told me so much more, especially as Covid made it harder to have a good snoop around.

The platform is very good to provide reliable information for residents.

Simple and easy to use and great for future costumers to make their decision of where to live and the standard of homes.

Total scam website. They are not independent at all. I know many have posted reviews telling the honest truth about particular developments in SE London managed by R&R. These reviews have not been published by homeviews despite being solicited from R&R. I guess once people speak the truth about a place that is not in line with corporate expectations homeviews is not interested. Independent my a££
