Hannah is great and has been very responsive throughout our tenancy!

We had a very very positive experience with Hannah. From viewing the property, to moving in and moving on - she was attentive, friendly and helpful. We really couldn’t have asked for much more!

Hannah has helped us with managing our property for a number of years, from supporting us with maintenance through to finding tenants. She is always very professional and organised, plus she has a knack for making the whole process very straightforward. We feel very lucky to have her support.

Follow up from my last review. I was just told a lie, that I was contacted by homewithhannah about my unsuccessful application, and so was my mother. On my email inbox there is no response after we sent the applications through. My mother called Hannah once before we send the applications through to ask a question BEFORE we send an application, and Hannah DID NOT communicate to her anything along the lines of our application not being successful, as we haven’t had sent our application through in the first place.
Lastly I called the next day within working hours and Hannah neither responded, nor called back to explain our applications where unsuccessful.
We practically just had to wait until we guessed “wow we are not even “worth” this persons time and respect, to be told our application was unsuccessful”.
I certainly do not appreciate the gaslighting response of “we understand you are disappointed your application was unsuccessful”, which intends to imply that this is why I am raising a complain.
Every adult knows how the process of finding a home works and is accepting and understanding of an unsuccessful application shall they not meet desired criteria or shall another application be more desirable than theirs.
My bad review stems from feeling disrespected as we wasted time being on stand by and unable to give definite answers to other landlords and agencies in hopes of receiving an answer of wether our application was successful.
It’s simple to write an email saying “unfortunately your application was unsuccessful” as all professional agencies do kindly and on time.
Now my bad review has a second reason, which is being lied to and gaslighted that “a response was given to me” and “I’m just disappointed at my unsuccessful application” instead of a brief explanation and apology.

If you're someone looking for a place, I wouldn't trust HomewithHannah letting's agency. I went for a viewing via SpareRoom and was followed up by Hannah after. I said I was interested in which she was glad to hear.

She sent me the form and requiring a holding deposit, which I filled and sent the deposit, as promised to secure the room.

I then asked Hannah "if" it was possible to have a double bed instead of a single bed, which Hannah said she would check with the landlord and get back to me. Again, I only enquired “IF” the landlord can provide a double bed then that would be wonderful. However, I haven’t been updated and another applicant was already considered without my knowledge.

Which was totally unacceptable, unethical and unfair for any applicant. A holding deposit is there for one to secure, not for someone else to be considered. This has caused myself to be put on a thought spot and Hannah didn't bother to even apologise or acknowledge her mistake. It is very appalling.

Hannah has been incredible from day 1! After deciding to leave London we took the decision to let our flat but had no experience in being Landlords and largely negative experiences of letting agencies as tenants. We were wary about using an agency but inexperienced so didn't feel we could manage without one.
Hannah came highly recommended by a friend for her different approach and personal touch. I'm so pleased that we found her! She has always made herself available for advice and support. All maintenance and repair issues have been dealt with quickly and we have had happy tenants for 4 years.
