STAY AWAY! AVOID! SCAMMERS
I was an international student who went through booking a studio under this agency.
In my move in date, i was given no contract, but the deposit was collected! Even though in my head it didnt sound right i had nothing more to be done because I was new to the country.
Since then a month went by, the place kept flooding, no heating, no wifi (eventhough the advertising said it did), no contract, no TDS certificate and there was no person in the agency or any landlord who assisted to rectify these issues.
It was so stressful having to follow up with these incompetent people who are just massive scammers!
Please stay away i just cannot emphasize how they will just a blind eye to you!

GOOD EFFORT, WELL DONE
The effort to find a tenant was very good.
The communication was excellent, even on bank holiday. All tenants chased up just before their appointment (even no shows). So that is excellent, seen as travelling to unnecessary appointments is just time consuming. So this was very welcome to avoid such occurrences.

It was a perfect room and in a perfect location of my choice, a postcode was sent to me to meet the landlord in few minutes and the rest is history, I'm now a tenant just like that
