Outstanding
Outstanding. Bike is superb, bought it for my husband last year and its SO lightweight, rides like a dream and the colour is really nice to look at. Shipping was fast too and easy to assemble. I'm purchasing a bike for myself from Horacio as we speak because we were so impressed with the first one. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend! NOTE: The bike doesn't come with a kickstand but you can purchase one from them for $14 so make sure you do that!

So glad to have found this bike shop!..
Purchased my first ever mountain bike at this store and i'm very glad to have made that decision. They were very approachable and accommodating, and i test drive few mountain bikes without feeling any pressure at all. The seller even entertained my small kids as i was choosing and testing different mountain bikes.. The bike is half the price compared to other bike shops but it looks and feel more than its price -great value for money indeed! Not overpriced. I used the pushbike for few days now and feel safe with it.

The customer service is outstanding, from the moment I turned up for a test ride i was made to feel like they cared, to the delivery of my bike,I love my new bike, i have major health problems and need to exercise we live in a very hilly area the bike does it with ease highly recommend great service great price

Could you let us know exactly where the noise is coming from? It may be an installation issue, and our technicians are happy to guide you through troubleshooting or adjustments.
Regarding the assist levels, the model you purchased has 3-speed assist modes along with a push-assist mode. We have never advertised it as having 5 assist levels, so there may have been some confusion. If you have a reference, feel free to share it with us, and we’d be happy to clarify.

Thank you for your review! We’re happy to hear you’re enjoying your bike. Your order was picked up by the carrier on Monday afternoon from our Brisbane warehouse and by the next morning, it had already arrived in NSW, which is a very fast transit time.
Unfortunately, the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful because Authority to Leave was not selected at checkout, meaning the carrier required a signature to complete the delivery. It seems they were unable to find someone available to sign, so they marked it as "no one in attendance." As a result, there was a delay while they attempted delivery again later.
We understand that waiting for a package can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. We will continue working with our shipping partners to provide the best experience possible.
