Founded in 2008, Horizon have quickly gained a name for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through our rapid response to customer needs. Our business was born out of recognition that there is much more to providing platforms for hire than moving pieces of machinery around. Since that very first day, Horizon has prided itself on providing rapid, reliable powered access solutions.
Recently we became an employee owned business, testament to the fact our team's aim is to always delight our customers. So whenever you speak to us, you are talking directly to our co-owners.

Top Service and Communication
Horizon were able to supply the boom lift we needed at short notice and were excellent at keeping in touch when there was a delay in the delivery to site. They sorted things out so everything went smoothly.

The service has always been exceptional – the MEWPs are consistently delivered a day in advance, ensuring our engineers have everything they need, right on time. We've never encountered any issues with the equipment; it's always arrived promptly and in perfect working condition.

Excellent Company
As a Long standing customer of Horizon I highly recommend using their services.
Customer service in particular is outstanding from Amy, Charlotte, Kelly, Becky & Megan with queries and issues resolved within minutes including out of hours even when they're not on call! Nothing is too much trouble to Amy even when she is cooking her tea.
Their knowledge of the machines required are second to none
Machines provided are of excellent quality, always delivered clean and fully charged suitable for the works.
The Training services provided are expertly provided with a vast amount of knowledge.

Had issue with the equipment on hire, immediately reacted to the problem ensuring fixed along with picking up on another issue we had not even noticed.
