My initial research for shutters consisted of asking people that I knew “who had fitted their shutters ? “I gave up after the fourth contact as everyone had Horizon and waxed lyrical about how pleased they were with the shutters and company ! I decided to contact a national firm for comparison . Horizon beat the national company on price and recommendation . This sounds a silly thing but Ryan from Horizon came to my home and removed his shoes - the National company did not . For me customer care started at the front door and I have to say I was swayed not only by price but by high standards .
Ryan talked me through everything, answered all my questions and was 100% professional. He is very patient and put up with my indecisiveness with humour and tact ! All his recommendations I followed - he knows his stuff .
I would definitely recommend a trip to the show room to clarify decision making .
I waited 3 months from order to fitting . I think it was Carl and 2 colleagues hard workers and treated my home with respect. Lovely job and the end result is fabulous.
Donna in the office managed all my payments and kept me updated answering and queries . Very friendly and kind .
All in all I would certainly recommend this firm - a family business with high standards and excellent customer care

Everyone in Horizon has just been brilliant, from Tony coming out and measuring, the efficient team in the office and the lovely professional and respectful fitters. I have had a great customer service experience with this company and just wish more companies cared about their customers as much. I’m honestly just made up with my shutters ! They really finish out our rooms off perfectly. I would 100% recommend without a doubt.

This is the second purchase of shutters from Horizon Shutters and once again the service was extremely professional from start to finish. Excellent advice given from Ryan when he came to measure up and very professional fitting from the team who made sure everywhere was left immaculate when they had finished. The girls in the office provide excellent customer service. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Above five star service.

Excellent product and fantastic installation team, completed the job, 8 windows including a bay window in 2 hours, very professional, pleasant and left no mess. Gave us a demonstration of how the blinds worked and ensured we weee happy before leaving

Fabulous service. Staff were really helpful professional and skilled at what they do. I had an issue with sofas needing to go through the window and shutters needing to come of to facilitate this. I was going to delay the fitting of the shutters but the staff were so helpful and willing to fit the shutters and come back and take them off. It’s the personal touches that make the difference to people . The quality and the price of the shutters is second to none I would recommend this firm they are so courteous professional and friendly

We were really pleased with new shutters supplied and fitted by Horizon. The two young men who installed them did an excellent job and were very friendly and polite. It was a pleasant experience from the minute we walked into the shop and were shown the shutters/blinds available to when they were fitted.
