Please don’t buy this product! It didn’t work, and returning it is difficult and frustrating. According to their ads, you can return it anytime, but that’s a lie.

Definitely didn't work for me

Definitely didn't work for me. The weight loss they preach you will lose is not real. I am still taking it in the hopes that it will actually work but sadly it has not. I have been taking this daily for almost six months now. Also, their price discount is a terrible gimmick since if you decide to cancel your auto ship you need to pay the difference which for me is $60. Yep, I have to pay an extra $60 just so I don't receive any more of a product that doesn't work. Save your money definitely a scam.

The company is horrible

The company is horrible. They keep charging my credit card for a subscription and I don’t even have an active subscription.with them.
They avoiding the problem that I’m emailing them about.

It’s like they’re just playing with me. Charge my credit card over and over for a non existent subscription if fraud.

And they ignore my emails when I ask for refund.

This review contains multiple statements that are factually incorrect.

The billing tied to this order reflects a subscription purchase with one initial order and one renewal charge only — not “charging over and over.”

Subscription status and renewal terms are disclosed at checkout and reiterated in the order confirmation, shipping/tracking emails, and the renewal reminder sent prior to billing (including cancellation instructions).

Our support team has also responded to the customer’s requests. We cannot publish account-specific documentation publicly, but we can provide full billing and communication records directly to the reviewer and to Trustpilot upon request.

If the reviewer or Trustpilot require proof that this purchase was a subscription plan, including the related confirmations and reminders, we can provide that documentation as well.

If the reviewer believes there are additional charges beyond the initial order and single renewal, they should provide the charge dates and descriptors so this can be verified and resolved immediately.

This company is absolutely horrible

This company is absolutely horrible! I ordered one bottle and so far, I have been charged three times for almost 55 dollars each time! I emailed them because I can't find a phone number and they have been stonewalling me. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy!

Zero if I could

Zero if I could. Product didn't do anything. Customer service even worse. Will tell you they sent email about next order even though they didn't I looked through all my email as they gave me date. Nothing for that date when I search. Won't give refund cause they say they did even though what they sent shows no date or time. All BS. Horrible

To clarify the renewal charge mentioned in your review: our checkout offers both one-time purchases and subscription plans. When a subscription is selected, the order confirmation email clearly confirms the subscription and renewal cadence, and the follow-up order/tracking email also reflects the order as a subscription.

Ahead of the renewal, a reminder email is automatically sent 7 days before the billing date to the email address provided at checkout. That reminder includes a direct self-service link to manage or cancel the subscription. Our system records confirm the reminder was successfully sent from our side and have provided you with the date/time, as well as proof of this in our email communication. In some cases, email delivery and inbox placement can be affected by mailbox settings or spam filtering, which can prevent an email from appearing where expected.

We also reviewed the account history and did not see any contact from you about the product not working, a cancellation request, or any other issue prior to the renewal being processed.

For transparency, our subscription terms include the following:
• Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date to stop the next shipment and charge.
• If a subscription is cancelled after a renewal has already processed, that renewal remains active for its cycle.
• The first renewal is treated as part of the subscription commitment once it has been processed, meaning it cannot be cancelled or refunded after the charge has gone through, but future renewals can be stopped at any time by cancelling.

That said, we do want to be helpful and fair — and we’re happy to make an exception in this case by allowing a return. Return instructions have been sent to your email.

Product was ordered 11-25-2025, arrived 12-08-2025. Started taking immediately. Today is 01–14-2025 and did not lose any weight. I purchased 3 months, then I started getting charged $19.99 a month for digital something, I tried to cancel and was told that since I didn’t buy the one time purchase, I owe$33 for cancellation. No where on the order did I have the option for a one time purchase. Had to call my credit card and put a stop on all future charges. Scam Beware!

If I could give a zero I would. They signed me up for some "wellness subscription", without my authorization!! Took $19.99 from my account, again unauthorized! And said they will not refund it. I have contacted my bank! And do not fall for the "it was included in your purchase". I should have done my own research before buying from this Company. They have horrible reviews for this exact same thing! I made a ONE TIME purchase, NOT a subscription of any kind and not to mentation, they took the $19.99 before their supposed 14 day trial period. I hadn't even had the product 14 days!! Scammers!!!

Your Hormify purchase included a 14-day free trial to the Wellness Challenge, which automatically renews into a paid subscription unless canceled beforehand. A renewal reminder with clear cancellation instructions was sent 7 days prior to the renewal. Our system confirms the email was successfully sent, though delivery can sometimes be affected by mailbox filters outside our control.

We did not receive any contact or cancellation request before the renewal, which is why the charge was processed in line with the subscription terms agreed to at checkout. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, renewals for digital subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.

That said, the Wellness Challenge subscription has now been fully canceled, and no further charges will occur. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is always available to help.

I see a difference!

From the first day of taking Hormify I saw a difference in the bloating - I had none! And there's a balance in my emotions, a happiness that comes with harmony within. My lifestyle doesn't allow me to capitalize on all the menu suggestions but I do pull from the list when I can. I feel fortified!
