Ordered a darth vader bowl and two troll lighter holders as Christmas gifts and the recipients are so happy im still getting messages about loving them!

I have been emailing back and forth with this company for now 8 and a half weeks! No one answers my questions or actually does anything to fix my problem. I ordered two sweaters as a Christmas gift for my friend and have been beyond disappointed to discover that this company is scamming me. I finally asked for a refund after 8 weeks of waiting for my order. In that time I received a fraud tracking number, apon asking for a new tracking number they have ignored my question and not provided me with a new legitimate one. After another two weeks of waiting for an email I sent another one to ask for a refund. I have now been ignored for over a week while asking for a refund. I have never been so dissatisfied or disappointed in a company. I online order all the time and have NEVER had such a difficult time or received such poor service. Would highly advise to NOT order from this company and to find another place with similar items.

Honestly one of my favorite shops to buy from. Their toys are so cute, their clothes are incredibly comfortable, their shipping is fast and discreet, and if you have any questions customer service answers so fast and are incredibly sweet and helpful. I've ordered multiple timesand definitely will again.

I don’t understand how all the other reviews say the customer service is great! You shouldn’t have to send three emails and a dm just so they can vaguely reply and not answer a single question you had asked multiple times!
Honestly I hope one person reads this and decides not to order from them (you can find most of their products online for cheeper)
