Ordered a T-shirt in gray, size M; received a mustard-yellow T-shirt in size S. Emailed twice to get a prepaid label to return incorrect shirt and requested either the correct shirt be sent to me or refund me. No response. None.

Ordered a tee-shirt on May 21, 2020. Received email indicating tee-shirt was ready for shipment via USPS and another email indicating tee-shirt was ready for shipment via UPS. Almost three weeks later, tracking indicates there's nothing at either USPS or UPS. Too late for this gift, so order has been cancelled. Very poor customer service. If there's a problem, customer should be notified. Probably won't do business with them again, because this smacks of not being a trustworthy company. We will see if they ever respond to our email to cancel order. Credit card company notified of dispute. Save your time and avoid the frustration. Too much going on in life to deal with businesses who can't do business.

Loved the canvas photo of the"Super Heros". I donated mine to our local hospital, Cornwall Community Hospital, for on their pediatric floor. My daughter is a nurse at CCH and they took a photo of her holding the photo to put on their facebook page. It was our little contribution to all the staff at our hospital for all they are doing during this pandemic, we are so proud!

Well i placed my order on May 27th and still can't get any tracking info. No idea if my boyfriend's anniversary gift is even on its way. 😞

I love my sweatshirt that I bought representing the ‘72 Dolphins. The only thing that would have made it that much better is if the Miami Dolphins Logo was on the front of the sweatshirt.

Bought this item for a friend and he is really happy with it.

Item was supposed to be delivered on May 27th which was my husband's birthday. Didn't received until 2 days later. I have no use for it now

Order placed on April 10, presently June 16. Have yet to receive. Tracking said it was at UPS, I emailed to find out why it had not been delivered and horsetee said there was no such address and the item had been returned. My address has been unchanged for 30 years. They said they would resend order. No longer are they responding emails nor have I received my order.

Finally got a reply after posting the review. And recieved the product a few days ago. Had to edit, due to shipping caused a HUGE delay in recieveing our product. We are very pleased with the product.

I love the design of this hoodie. I sent the link to my husband, who went rogue and ordered it from a bootleg site. The "2" was missing, as well as DeWine's ears. However, the actual hoodie was really soft and fit great, but I wanted the right one. So I went on the Horsetee website and ordered it myself. Same size, grey hoodie. When it arrived, the quality of the hoodie was not as nice and the sleeves were too short. The red print is not very bright and very hard to read. Still love the design, I just wish the quality was a little higher.

I received my shirt washed it. Took it out and laid it out to dry. Now it has creases all over the Tom Brady logo on the shirt. I've emailed them multiple times with no response and they won't post my review. DO NOT order from them

I never received the tee shirt. What happened?
