I called the office to place an order at 4:58pm. They took my order very quickly. When I emailed later that night to inquire about expedited shipping I received an immediate response and follow up in the morning as promised. They expedited my shipping so I would have the hardware to meet my contractor's schedule. The pulls themselves are just beautiful.

I ordered the little brass bed bolt covers in an antique finish for a rope bed I own. They arrived promptly and looked just like in the picture. They are very pretty and I am very satisfied with them.

Nearly perfect replacement for antique drop leaf table steel hinge. One of four hinges had been replaced with a smaller hinge. While shorter table side of hinge matched screw hole pattern of original, leaf side did not. Wonder if Horton Brasses has considered offering a blank hinge so purists can drill holes to match preexisting screw holes?

As described and pictured. Two pulls complemented the eight others on an old chest of drawers. This solved a problem when I transferred hardware from one chest to another and the top side-by-side drawer pulls were 2.5 on one vs. 3 inch on the other. Delivered in good condition. Color of finish was an excellent match.
