Over the years, I have had about 5 websites with this company. For the price, it used to be somehow tolerable.
The last couple of years it has been a nightmare. Too much time with servers down, lost of information, virus on servers,... and they take days to answer support tickets, there is no live chat support anymore.

Terrible service.
They deleted all my website from control panel and they respond rarely to my emails, my site has been down for 3 months. They did not have a backup of my webpage so im force to pay thousands to have it rebuilt. I am leaving this useles webhosting company asap
Dont even consider using this company or service.

Very poor service, never uses.
They deleted all my file from control panel and not responding my email even they do not have any back-up to restore the file.
I dropped more then 10 email and open 10+ Tickets to ask about where is wordpress file but only getting auto response that support manager will contact me.
No one ever contact me in more than 10 days.
Also server is too slow to open any normal website.
Even if you will complaint about slow serve they did not bother about.
If you want unsecured, unreliable, worst support, super slow server then i suggest you to use this company and keep dropping support email for good service.

very cheap company, not responding customer query.

I have been using this service since it was 3ix to host my clients and my websites. The service has continually gone down hill over the last 3 ownership's of this company. Most recently HostFast who's back up system does not work. They were unable to return my websites with 100% accuracy and even two could not be returned at all and had to be built from the ground up again. Our clients were VERY displeased to hear this and we almost lost them both. Their Tech suport, Billing, and General Customer Service are all the same agents and are all scripted and have no clue what they are doing outside of their instruction book they have at their desk. When they get backed into a corner and you basically prove them wrong or ask why something is not working and you know 100% it's on their end and they cannot figure it out they just close out the ticket saying nothing is wrong if you re open it and keep doing so they eventually just place it in a being worked on status and leave it there idle. I have one that has been open for a moth to date and they have not answered any of the questions I have asked. At one point they got so pissed they offered a refund and to close my account which just so happen to be at the end of the current service billing anyway so it wouldn't have been much. We are currently take the steps necessary to transfer out of this company to a new hosting service.

Awful service, they may suspend your domain without warning and without any valid reason, the customer service is incredibly slow, and sometimes they don't seem to understand simple sentences.

My domain was wrongly suspended and it took them over 24 hours to restore it.

The worst possible ever hosting company. This is what shows our direct experience.

Their hosting simply does not work never mind it has been prepaid for 10 years ahead. They do not care. Every time we receive pointless and helpless responses from their "customer service support". They do not want to escalate the their own issues and paying for their "hosting" is a clear waste of money and time.

HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!

Hostfast are Cons. Hosting at Hostbig and Hostfast is very slow.
In fact there hosting is to slow to ever rank in Google.
Save yourself a lot trouble and do not buy Hosting from hostbig or Hostfast.
You will waste your money as you'll just have to move your site and pay again for real hosting.

hostfast.com is the same company as 3ix

current website i host is caveout.co.uk, 98% the website is live and working, had few issues, it seems like if too much SQL database is used they stop the website from working. overall not too bad as a blog or small scale website, with medium level of traffic. i would not recommend 3ix for large websites with predicted heavy traffic website.
