Hosting.com.tr is User friendly and their helpdesk is very fast and helpfull. Great Hosting Company.

Finally, as a decent individual user I am very happy with a local company in Turkey serving in a professional way with optimum prices...I would expect to have good prices in VPS services, too... I am willing to carry my VPS to hosting.com.tr if they apply optimum pricing like they do for hosting services

I would not recommended this company to anyone. %50 uptime, everytime network problem, and not satisfied with help desk.

They advertise it as an “AI website builder,” but in reality, you have to create the website yourself using a regular builder tool. It’s not an automated AI system at all. For this price, there are platforms that can generate a full React website from a single prompt.
I also contacted their call center, but the support was not helpful or satisfying. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The company should improve both its product transparency and customer service quality.

Ayrıca çağrı merkeziyle de görüştüm, ancak destek hiç tatmin edici değildi. Genel olarak deneyim beklentileri karşılamadı. Firma, hem ürün tanıtımındaki şeffaflığı hem de müşteri hizmetlerinin kalitesini geliştirmeli.

Yeni müşterilere indirim uygulayan, ancak mevcut müşterilerine aynı indirimi sağlamayan bir firmayla ilgili yaşadığım deneyimi paylaşmak istiyorum.

İki farklı hosting paketimin yenileme zamanı geldi. Tam bu dönemde firmanın yeni yaz kampanyası başladı. Paketlerimi kampanya fiyatından uzatmak istediğimde, firma “Pazarlama taktiğimiz gereği, sadece yeni müşterilere indirim uyguluyoruz; mevcut müşterilere aynı fiyatı veremeyiz” gibi saçma bir yanıt verdi.

Bunun üzerine, sıfırdan iki yeni hosting paketi alıp sitelerimin bu paketlere taşınmasını talep ettim. Ancak bu kez de “Kendi hostingimizden yine kendi hostingimize taşıma yapamıyoruz, şirket politikası” diyerek anlamsız bir bahaneyle yardımcı olmadılar.

Hosting.com.tr’den paket satın almayı düşünenlerin bunları da göz önünde bulundurmasını tavsiye ederim.

I’d like to share my experience with a company that offers discounts to new customers but refuses to extend the same discounts to existing ones.

I have two different hosting packages that were up for renewal. Coincidentally, the company launched a new summer promotion at the same time. When I asked to renew my packages at the promotional price, they gave me an absurd response, saying, “As part of our marketing strategy, we only offer discounts to new customers, not existing ones.”

So, I decided to purchase two brand new hosting packages from scratch and requested that they migrate my websites to the new packages. However, they refused again, claiming that “We can’t perform migrations from our own hosting to our own hosting due to company policy,” which sounded like another nonsensical excuse.

If you’re considering purchasing a package from Hosting.com.tr, keep these issues in mind.

Overall, it's a decent choice for budget-conscious users, but may fall short for those needing higher performance and better support.
