Great experience! Excellent customer support.

Prompt technical support

They were good and hope they will be for other customers. But if you are doing some serious business.

I will not recommend them.
1- Backups are complimentary; if they take it, it's good; if it fails, it's not their responsibility.
2- Moving away with the domain is impossible unless we get a new domain.
3- If you already paid for the next few years, and decided to move away name space update can take 5 plus days, some time life time.
4- If services go down, reason I am on old server this is my fault.
5- Backups are not reliable. If you want to take backup once e.g. request a zip file, if your package is left less space than zip size, you cannot have it, unless you pay more.
