Excellent service from start to finish! We asked for assistance due to a very serious health issue that we experienced just 10 days before our scheduled booking. The response was personal, prompt, and very polite. A solution was found quickly, with an understanding of the situation. We are grateful and happy to have found a service provider we will be confidently using for our future travels.

Brilliant so far. Got a deal around 60 percent less than other booking sites was charging me for a hotel in Naxos. They are easy to contact and understanding too.

The accomodation is 8min by taxi from…
The accomodation is 8min by taxi from the airport. There's airport bus that can drop u near the accomodation during the day. There's a Bus stop 3min walk that can bring u to Fira Bus Station where u can transfer to Oia & other parts of Santorini. Breakfast is awesome. Varieties of bread, omelette and one of e best Greek yogurt I tasted. Just take note if u reach midnight or after please inform the accomodation. We reached after midnight and no one was there to pass us e keys. We have to wait for like 15-20min after calling the accomodation before we are able to check in. Will be great if they leave the keys and a note instead for those who check in late.

We hebben een hotel op Cyprus geboekt…
Wij boekten via HotelsNest een non-refundable hotel op Cyprus voor begin april. Kort voor vertrek werd onze vlucht door de luchtvaartmaatschappij geannuleerd.
Wij begrepen uiteraard dat de boeking non-refundable was, maar hebben direct contact opgenomen met HotelsNest met de vraag of er uit coulance vanuit het hotel eventueel een voucher of alternatief mogelijk was. HotelsNest reageerde vriendelijk en gaf per e-mail aan namens ons contact op te nemen met het hotel en ons op de hoogte te houden.
Daarna hebben wij echter nooit meer iets vernomen. Ondanks meerdere vriendelijke opvolgmails – waaronder een laatste verzoek om op zijn minst een eerlijke update te geven, ook bij negatief nieuws – bleef verdere reactie volledig uit.
Dat wij door de omstandigheden uiteindelijk ons geld kwijt zijn, is op zichzelf al teleurstellend. Maar wat wij vooral kwalijk vinden, is de manier waarop dit is afgehandeld: een toezegging doen om iets te onderzoeken en vervolgens niets meer laten horen en ons volledig in het ongewisse laten.
15/6/2026 Update:
Naar aanleiding van deze review werd ik persoonlijk gecontacteerd door een manager van HotelsNest. Hij bood excuses aan voor de gebrekkige communicatie, gaf aan dat er meerdere pogingen waren gedaan om contact op te nemen met het hotel en beloofde binnen 48 uur opnieuw contact op te nemen met eventuele verdere updates.
Ik waardeerde het dat er alsnog persoonlijk contact werd opgenomen en dat de eerdere gebrek aan communicatie werd erkend.
Inmiddels zijn 18 dagen verstreken zonder verdere terugkoppeling. Dit heeft mijn vertrouwen in de verdere opvolging verminderd, aangezien het uitblijven van communicatie juist de reden was voor mijn oorspronkelijke review.
Tot op heden heb ik geen verdere update ontvangen.
