Hotely was great to work with. I missed my day to cancel my reservation due to my mother being diagnosed with cancer but the staff at Hotely were understanding and helped me out when I needed it most. They let me cancel my reservation and provided a full refund. These guys are wonderful to work with.

Made a hotel booking on Friday Oct 9th and my reservation was 13th Oct.
i received a call 13th Oct ( the travel day ) from these guys telling me your hotel booking was cancelled!
but guys i have already a confirmation email ??
oh sorry sir this confirmation is not valid anymore !!! WHATTT ???
ended up with no hotel booking at my travel day ?? where am i going to sleep ?

Very negative experience, I needed to make a simple change to the date of the reservation and called less than a few hours after realizing this and making the original booking. The team did not communicate with the actual hotel and refused to make this change for me. I was able to speak to the hotel and they made the change quite easily.
