I had the same problem as many others have reported for online orders, i.e. receiving a notification that DPD was expecting the parcel and then no further change in shipping status. I started to worry there was a scam at play but their customer service were prompt answering the phone and claimed it was DPD not scanning the parcel that was the problem. They say this is a common problem for them as they ship hundreds of parcels at the same time. I asked for a refund based on my concern over the similar situations I saw on the review sites and they agreed, understood and processed it immediately, so their customer service does respond to concerns promptly and fairly.

Ordered some shoes from hot golf off ebay. Had a message to say they'd been posted but on tracking the courier never received the parcel from hot golf. Why say they were posted when they weren't? Then had to chase with messages only to receive a copy/paste reply from them. Managed to get a refund after a phone call. Have used before and also had problems. They somehow manage to get negative feedback from ebay removed. Won't be using again!

What a team at hot golf,couldn’t be more helpful, 💯would recommend as the guys gave me plenty of there time and help on my decisions as there is a lot of choice in the shop😬 couldn’t do enough for me 👍

I had an issue with DPD delivery. Got a phone call from Hot Golf and all sorted.

Not good I am afraid. Be aware options you will choose may not be there. Ordered a stock stealth driver selecting the shaft option I wanted. Not available, took 5 days to get to this point of communication (so much for 24hr dispatch ) ready for the weekend. Was offered an upgrade to the stealth 2. After looking forward to this instead, Turns out they didn’t have it either so was a factory order of 5-7 days then extra time to get to me. Disaster all round won’t use HotGolf again. Ended up with a refund and will go elsewhere. Ruined an experience I always look forward to. (Order 274020 a fail all round).

8/7/23- Amended to 3 star as a token of compensation , £30 was offered

Ordered a range finder listed as next day delivery, which is one of the main reasons I purchased it, in order to have it for the weekend. Needless to say it didn’t arrive!
Phoned their (less than useless) customer service dept three times, each time with them promising to phone me back with an eta, of course this never happened. Turns out they don’t even stock the item they sold me, have no idea when the manufacturer will despatch it and have failed to phone back on a fourth occasion.
Rubbish service from start to finish!!

Went in today to pick my new driver up from Charles in-store. Had a go of the new Ping G430 irons whilst I was there. Can't thank Charles enough for helping me out when I asked if it was possible to book me in for a fitting. One hour later I was all fitted, great experience from a top bloke.

Brilliant price, service etc. Had an issue that was dealt with fairly and promptly. Customer service only a quick call away.

Placed a pre order for a new trolley,having been sent a timely reminder that the stock was due in.
Paid and then realised I had not used a discount code. Contacted sales , Jess, who looked into it, organised execution of the discount code to realise a 5% saving on my purchase.
Have asked a number of questions,all have been answered in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction, I could not ask for a better response.
I have other golf items to buy including a new bag, which I know I can get for £10 cheaper than hotgolf elsewhere but I start my loyalty to the supplier hotgolf Now and will order the remainder of my requirements from hot golf including the said bag.

Ordered a pair of shoes on the Monday next day delivery, not received by Wednesday and tracking say not picked up, message hotgolf to be told they will look in to it , messaged again Thursday afternoon for an update no news, get an email at 459 saying the the shoes were damaged on inspection pre dispatch and there going to issue a refund. Still waiting on refund. Having to escalate to get my money back. Avoid at all costs

Purchased a Galvin green vest from Hot golf, mailed to the company for a tracking number as I hadn’t received any. I was told that the item was posted and I would receive tracking shortly. A few days later I was emailed to inform me that the item was out of stock so if actually wasn’t posted at all??? Looks like their online system does not reflecting the current stock so be very aware of this during sales etc as you could miss out as I did. When I received refund the item I was looking for was sold out in my size everywhere. Extremely disappointed with the experience and will be not returning to their online shop again

Ordered Saturday afternoon turned up today, fantastic service, cheapest I found anywhere and will use again 100%

Seen an item on their website put into basket and went to checkout to pay the price jumped up £60 so I contacted hotgolf and asked why this was they gave me the excuse of I was outside uk which I was not I explained that it was on their uk site and went from 1 page to the next never left the site I supplied the pictures of before and after price for proof of this they just came back saying we will let the Web team know about it and the dearer price stands which is a great pity as I wanted the item from the Xmas money I received I would be lying if I didn't say I wasn't still dissapointed

AMAZING store definitely worth a visit unbelievable amount of stock of all ranges especially Galvin Green every design in every colour available and always great deals, staff are very helpful and friendly.

Returned leaking shoes without receipt (only bank statement). Member of staff dealt with credit and replacement pair perfectly.

I had a problem with a faulty 3 wood recently, contacted Hotgolf who arranged collection, within a week the matter was resolved including Hotgolf arranging for the club to be collected with a new 3 wood having been delivered, I was kept informed throughout the process. Bought a golf bag 6 months ago and had problem with a zip,jess from hotgolf really helpful,within 5 working days they had been in touch with manufacturer and I recieved a new bag,great customer service and not the 1st time,which I think is what you want if a problem does arise,1st choice for me when I need anything and don't think you'll beat them for price as well

Despite having problems with a pair of skecher golf shoes purchased through their Hotgolfs eBay outlet, the staff (Jess) took ownership of the problem and the warranty was honoured and a new replacement pair of shoes shipped to me in a timely manner. Thanks Hotgolf an ezxcellent after sakes service.
