Jamie and the team at Hot Hatch…
Jamie and the team at Hot Hatch Giveaways have been amazing! I entered the last 2 draws and amazingly I won the last one and now have a John Cooper Works Mini Cooper S on my driveway. I've never won anything more than a few quid on a scratchcard so it just goes to show that you have to be in it to win it!

Resposta da Hot Hatch Giveaways
Hi Graham,
Firstly we would like to thank you for your entry in to one of our competitions, we're extremely sorry you feel dissapointed with the service we have provided on this occasion.
Our primary communication tool is Facebook, this is where we post the live draw video immediately after it has taken place and then we publish a post to announce the winners name and ticket number, we also publish the winner's information and winning ticket number to the winners page on our website - https://hothatchgiveaways.co.uk/winners/
Taking your feedback in to account, we are now looking to generate a follow up email to send to all entrants with information of the competition winner after the live draw has taken place.
With regards to the cost, before each competition we run a poll on our Facebook page where we ask our followers what they would like to see for price vs entries, more often than not it's usually lower ticket numbers with a higher price.
We hope with the information we have provided you may reconsider your initial review to more accurately reflect the service we provided and come back to enter another one of our competitions in the future.
Thank you.
Great communication
