SCAM casino made deposit used free soins with so called 0 wagering won 900 euro tried withdraw 550 got rejected and winnigs was confiscated deposit sum teturned i dont recommend that SCAM casino

I had a very bad experience with Hotline Casino.

I deposited 110 EUR and managed to win around 3300 EUR. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, my account was suddenly blocked.

They accused me of having multiple accounts ("duplicate account"), which is completely false. I only ever used one account.

I have clear video and screenshot evidence showing my gameplay, winnings, and account status.

After I complained, they only refunded my deposit (110 EUR) but refused to pay my legitimate winnings.

This is not fair and looks like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying players after they win.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this casino.

UPDATE:

After my initial review, I want to provide an update regarding my experience with Hotline Casino.

I won approximately €3,300 and requested a withdrawal. My request was initially rejected with accusations of violating their bonus policy.

After multiple emails and complaints, my balance was eventually restored. However, since then, I have been asked to provide multiple verification documents, including:
- Passport and selfie
- Selfie with handwritten note
- Driving license
- Bank statement
- Proof of address

I have submitted ALL requested documents.

Despite this, I have not received any response since April 11, and my account still shows €0 available for withdrawal.

At this point, it feels like unnecessary delays and lack of communication.

I am still waiting for my account to be verified and for my withdrawal to be processed.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

FINAL UPDATE:

I have now received the full amount of my withdrawals.

However, the entire process took 32 days and involved repeated verification checks, long delays, changing payment statuses, and installment payments.

While the funds were ultimately paid, the overall experience was extremely stressful and much slower than expected.

Don't fall for their free spins, They make you comfortable for deposit. Then take your money and block you. You will never get a withdrawal never ever...

This casino is completely untrustworthy and behaves like a scam. They advertise a promotion saying if you deposit $100, you will receive 1,000 spins worth $1 each. But after depositing, they credited only $99 and did not provide a single spin. The moment I tried to contact support, they removed the chat box entirely and stopped responding. Within a few minutes, I was suddenly logged out, and when I tried to log in again, my account was blocked without any explanation. They take your money, refuse to give the promised bonuses, hide customer support, and then lock your account. Based on my experience, I strongly warn others to stay away from this casino.

Scam. Radzę unikać tego kasyna

I was playing late one night (just me and a lukewarm tea), when suddenly I got a popup offering 10 extra spins — no warning, no email. Was halfway through a slot, hit a minor win, then accidentally knocked my glass and it nearly spilt on my keyboard. Still, tidy surprise. Didn’t change my whole night, but that little bonus made me smile.

Krupierki mega sympatyczne, klimat jak w prawdziwym kasynie. Szybka wypłata, kasa była następnego dnia.
