This is the worst IPTV app I've ever used!! No, accountability for this terrible service!! Their going to try and make it your fault that the service is a F-!!! You can't watch nothing without buffering and freezing!! I even asked for my money back under the 30 days and they refused to return my money for extremely terrible service!! DON'T FOOL WITH THEM ITS A RIP OFF......RUN FROM THEM!!!

Scammers. My forever license is gone and it's impossible for these scammers to give it back. Don't buy the forever license for the hotplayer! Thiefs and liers. Making a fool of me with empty promisess!!!

Zeer instabiel. Werkt vaak wel maar regelmatig niet. Soms wel tv maar worden series niet geladen. Binch watchen gaat altijd ergens mis.

Ich habe mich von der Website aufgrund der vielen Versprechungen täuschen lassen,ich hatte ein einwandfrei funktionierendes IPTV mit VPN Verbindung,bis ich die IPTV Daten bei Hotplayer angegeben hatte um meinen Account über den Hotplayer zu nutzen.Seitdem ist es nicht mehr möglich, egal mit welchem Player auch immer,eine VPN Verbindung zu dem IPTV Server herzustellen.Selbst als ich bei Hotplayer selbst die Liste über die Mac Adresse gelöscht habe ist eine Verbindung über VPN nicht mehr möglich.Meine Daten werden von denen vermutlich einfach weiterverwendet.
Mehre E-Mails werden nicht einfach beantwortet.Es scheint als würde man meine eingegeben IPTV Daten missbrauchen.

Betrüger!!! Ich habe den app komplett gekauft, für die "ewigkeit". Nun funktioniert er nicht mehr. Keine Spur von Service, oder behebung des Fehlers... 25 € am Fenster rausgeschmissen!!! Hoffentlich gibt ihr das Geld in der Apotheke für Medikamente gegen Krebs aus!! Das wünsche ich Euch!!!

I am writing this to expose the total lack of respect and professionalism of the HotPlayer team. I purchased TWO (2) separate "Forever" subscriptions using the SAME email address.
When I requested a transfer, your team made a massive blunder: you transferred the subscriptions between my existing devices instead of the new one. Because of your mistake, I am now blocked with the error: "You've reached your maximum transfer limit."
For nearly 3 months, I have been trying to explain your own mistake to you. I am paying monthly for my TV channels, but I cannot use them because of your incompetence. Most serious developers provide a User Account system, social media pages, or WhatsApp contact. You hide behind a generic "HotPlayer Support Team" signature without any name or accountability.
You are misleading customers. You take the money but offer zero support when YOU break the license.
What I demand:
Fix the "Maximum transfer limit" error caused by your internal switch.
Manually activate my new Fire Stick MAC with my second payment credits.
Restore my other "Forever" subscription properly.
Stop hiding, stop the robotic replies, and show some respect for your paying customers!
Check my dozens of tickets and fix this now!
