These people really know their tubs and how to look after them. Not cheap but tell me what is, that's really good. Bought our 670 Platinum over 2 years ago. Still in use 5 times a week at least.

Just had our new roll away cover fitted on the swim spa by Lee. So much easier to use than the old bulky ones. He's cleaned the swim spa so it's sparkling like new and woken it from its winter hibernation. The yearly service plan for us is a necessity. Its being filled now and can't wait to be swimming in it for another summer! Polite and courteous service as ever.

What a great local Company!
I bought a Sauna from these people, the showroom lady Tracy listened to my reasons for purchasing it, she was kind and extremely helpful with where to put it and the benefits, she took me to the showroom and showed me all the things a Sauna could do. I purchased the one I wanted right there and then. The same day Tony came to measure up my space and checked on plugs etc. it was delivered a week later by three careful men and fitted. Tony then came an hour later to show me how it worked and to make sure everything was installed correctly. These days service like this is rare, can only recommend them and give 5 stars.

Have recently moved into a property with a disused Swim Spa. After some investigation I established that my Hydropool Swim Spa had been installed by this company in 2018 but it did not appear to have been serviced or used much in the last few years by previous occupier. It was suggested by Sam the after sales manager that an annual service contract should be considered which included re-commissioning the Swim Spa with follow up service visits so we signed up. The re-commissioning visit has just happened with the first visit by Matt to clean the Swim Spa including the cover and remove various filters etc and start refilling the pool and check for leaks-it was starting to look lovely. The next day with the Swim Spa full of clean water an engineer Lee attended to ‘switch’ everything on and explain how everything worked including the correct use of the necessary chemicals. All did not go according to plan as the control panel and chlorinatator were both faulty. The latter was replaced immediately and a full and comprehensive explanation of chemicals provided with a follow up guidance notes by email. A new control panel was ordered and two days later Lee came back to fit it and eureka I now have a fully working Swim Spa with filters replaced and a stock of chemicals etc. Lee took great care in explaining how all the control panel and jets work plus how to clean the filters, test the water and add chemicals etc. I have been very pleased with the service provided by this company and am now looking forward to enjoying my Swim Spa through the Summer months. We have had our hot tub for 3 years and our experience of the advanced hot tub team has been flawless from the purchase , the installation and ongoing to service etc. We had the team install a heat pump which has undoubtedly saved power and works well.

I cannot thank Tracey Sharpe from the Hot Tub and Swim Spa Company enough for her help with the recent purchase of our Hot Tub. Tracey was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all the question we had about owning a hot tub.
She made the buying process very easy and explained that they would conduct a site survey prior to delivery.
On arrival the site team were great and explained how they were going to set up the hot tub and went through its operation.
I felt that the hot tub and swim spa company really care about their customers and make them feel special.
If you’re thinking of buying a hot tub I can highly recommend this 5 star company , give Tracey a call she is brilliant.

We treated ourselves to a bespoke Tylo Harmony sauna back in May and have no regrets! The service from all at the company was great, especially Gil who showed us the examples at the showroom, helped us design something slightly smaller and bespoke to fit into our space and also helped make sure the site visits were all sorted when needed. Installers visited ahead of time to make sure everything was in place with our builders before they came to install. Installation then went without a hitch and they did a great job too. Overall super happy we went with them as it all went so smoothly and we are so happy with our sauna!

Fantastic team from order to installation and after service. Quick to answer any queries and the installation team were great to deal with, working exceptionally hard over two days to do the base and install.

We ended up spending more but ultimately ended up with an amazing hot tub
