We were exploring options to sell a house for a relative, and found the information provided by Natasha helpful and efficient, and not pushy at all. House selling can be a long process, and she checked in in a friendly manner periodically to see how things were going, but we never felt pressured. Compared to others in the same market Housebuyers4 U felt more human, thanks to Natasha. It's only a 4 star rating as we didn't go through the whole process.

Jackie has been brilliant and kept us in the loop .
Unfortunately our property didn't sell but thats down to the current market and not this company...
Would recommend, no heavy sales tactics and no sale no fee ...

They Pulled out of the sale half way through!
This was after I has paid £700 of legal fees which in Black and whites states there are none, turns out if its a lease sale there are!!

Absolutely awful. Came in with an offer that was well below 85% of market value. We settled on a figure for then to ring 5 days later and drop it again by another 60k!!

Absolute joke of a company. Just stick it out on the open market. These guys are a joke.

It was a pleasant change to hear straight talking, so many organisations will try to wear you down by the negative comments made about other companies, and give really bad reviews at the same time as trying to convince me to allow them to handle the matter , all I wanted was straight talking with no ‘ waffle ‘. And that’s just what I got . 10/10

We enquired re using them but then got an offer on our house through our high street agent. Jackie kept in touch in case the sale didn’t go ahead. It did but she was courteous and helpful though out.

Very polite reliable & friendly conversation with Nathan, on every call recieved over many months , calming & never pushing for a decision . Would recommend.
