Arriving on time , very responsive and helpful , really liked their services. Especially Khalid was vey approachable

They were super helpful in a really time constrained environment. They helped move my entire flat in just a couple of hours. Great service. Even dropped me off at my new place. They moved everything safely and made sure I got everything I needed into my new place.

The driver Khalid is very professional and friendly. I would suggest their services to friends/others.

The van driver and mover, Khalid, was really helpful. Although there should be another driver coming initially but faced issues which caused 2-hour late, I still really like the service with super reasonable price. I had compared lots of companies’s price, and House Movers’ price is the best. Highly recommend👍

The driver was fantastic! Although there was a significant delay in his arrival, he worked incredibly hard to make up for it and completed the job within the 2-hour window. He was extremely helpful, not just in moving, but also in strategically organizing all my items into the 50 sq ft storage unit to make sure everything fit perfectly. Highly recommended for his efficiency and expertise!

Super great experience, they were on-time, friendly, helpful, made the move very calm, even when parking was difficult to find and we had to use a trolley to move my stuff a bit further. Also a very reasonable price, no unexpected fees. Would definitely use again.

Pav and Louis were an absolute dream team. From the moment they arrived, they worked with a speed and ease that honestly didn’t seem human everything was handled quickly, carefully, and without a single moment of stress. They moved heavy items like they were feathers and kept the whole process flowing effortlessly.

What truly set them apart, though, was their humour. Their banter, jokes, and easygoing energy turned what could’ve been a long, exhausting day into something genuinely enjoyable. They kept the mood light, made everyone laugh, and somehow managed to be both incredibly efficient and incredibly fun at the same time.

If you want movers who are fast, professional, and bring the kind of good vibes that make moving day feel like hanging out with friends, Pav and Louis are the ones. I couldn’t recommend them more highly they made the entire experience amazing.

Kalid was great and done a very good job. He was very helpful. Just send him, he gonna do the job perfectly for the next time.

Their driver hit our parked vehicle on the street and caused visible damage. Initially, the company agreed to settle the matter, but they later backtracked, suggesting it might not have been their driver—even though the timing of their arrival aligned with evidence from my vehicle. They also tried to shift responsibility to the driver personally, rather than accepting company liability.

To make matters worse, they promised to come back to me with a proposal to resolve the issue, but never followed up.

The move itself was poorly managed. It wasn't smooth, and they had to return the following day to deliver an item they had forgotten.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I was really disappointed with the service I received. The movers arrived 10 minutes late for my scheduled 2-hour slot and then stopped working exactly on time, despite the delay. One of the team members apparently felt unwell and couldn’t continue, but I was only told this after asking — no one from the company informed me in advance or offered an alternative.
As a result, I was left to carry most of the boxes to the 4th floor myself. On top of this, one of the furniture was damaged during the move.
Overall, the lack of communication and support was really unprofessional. I expected better.

I use these guys a lot for work, probably every fortnight at least and always offer a truly exceptoinal service, honestly nothing is too much. I always offer to help but they do everything, Sami and Agar are amazing. Thanks to all of you for all your help

I have good experience whit 2 amazing people who move my belongings on 01.01.25 but yesterday one person on reception was very unprofessional and laying and cancelled in last moment depends who is organising

The van didn't arrive and didn't arrive - there was no customer service. The van had broken down, there was no one saying what would happen as they had no spare vans at all. The van that arrived looked old. Also did not communicate, always left me waiting to hear each time!! The only reason for 3 stars was as the mover guys were super helpful -although they'd inherited the job.

Booked this company for a 6 hour packing + moving on my 2 bedroom flat for a team of 3 movers. This was based on a video of the flat explaining in detail what needed to be done I sent beforehand to their surveyor.
The movers were polite, helpful and well-meaning. The van they brought was probably too small but they did a great job maximising its space.
That said it felt a bit sluggish and slow generally. The move took 11.5 hours instead of the planned 6 causing the price to almost double.
Don’t get me wrong moving is very hard work. But competition is fierce and the companies I previously used were more efficient. They packed, moved, disassembled and reassembled furniture in a speedier manner. This was not the case this time. Moreover I could understand if their estimation was off by a couple of hours but 6 hours instead of 11.5 is not acceptable.

Don't use these guys.

Booked them for 2 and a half hours for 2pm. The drivers arrived at 4.30pm, 2 and a half hours late (the time the job was supposed to be finished).

Super inconvenient, and when I kicked up a fuss they offered me a pretty measly 10% discount. I paid.

When the job was done, they charged me for the extra 30 minutes the job took them (largely due to rush hour traffic, as a result of them being so catastrophically late).

I told them they should waive it given their lateness, they then told the drivers not to leave till payment was made, implying they wouldn't pay the drivers until I paid up.

In the end I did, because I felt bad for the drivers who had done a fair job, but I'll never use this company again.

I recommend you don't either. They'll waste your time and then charge you for the privilege.

If having your personal possessions left unattended and the removal van not secured while having your stuff moved from the entrance of the building to the apartment is 'NOTHING WRONG' - these are the very words of one of House Movers’ members of staff I spoke with following my traumatic house move experience dated 1st July 2024 - then feel free to be brave enough to use their services.
