Ordered and paid for on 2 June - item was in stock. Not received

I placed an order on 7th May 2024. Despite several emails, a letter,and phone calls,I am still waiting. No response whatsoever. Very disappointed. I've given up. I would not recommend this store.

Decided to give this company a try.
Had to cancel order immediately, as items not in stock when the order confirmation came up.
No response from company at all and still waiting for any sign of a refund.

Still waiting for the decoder I ordered more than two weeks ago, no communication and no reply to my email. Don't bother phoning, they don't answer.

Ordered 4 rolls of Tamyia masking tape at the beginning of June and still haven't received them. A very poor service from the retailer. Will not be using them again!

You haven't delivered my order.
But you have taken the payment and you haven't replied to my email requesting confirmation of when my order will be delivered.

I had an ordered 23rd May 2024 it was my first order something from House of Hobbies I am sorry to say its a terrible I am still waiting for my items today is 14th of June no communication whatsoever whether my items has been dispatched or not I sent them an emails no reply. My first time from hobbies very bad experience. I wouldn't buy anything from them again.

The listing said that it was available will be dispatch 7-14 day we'll 7 and 14 day has passed and no email on the item so I'm assuming I got scammed

Still no sign of my £105 order which I placed 7 weeks ago nor any reply to my enquiries. I cannot recommend this business.

The same situation as others. Order placed 12/05 - no response to emails and no answer when I call. Have requested a chargeback from my bank.

Quick delivery. Decent price. well wrapped. Will have to travel to shop to have a better look at some of the lines showing on Internet site.

I placed my order on May 1st and payment was taken on May 2nd. I have tried ringing to no avail, so have emailed. I got a blanket reply but still no goods.
3 emails later, no replies and 7 weeks later (more than 14 days!!) still no goods. I'm getting more than a little angry not to say concerned

I paid for some items from this company in May 2024, they took the money and didn't deliver. When I enquired, I got no response.

fast delivery and sensibly priced items

I placed an order on 17th May, 1 item showed as available and 1 as in stocks.
The pay pal option didn't show as available so payed by bank card. Waited the initial 2 week before emailing to ask for an update on my order as only received email to confirm order number and payment. I've had no reply, no one answers the phone. On the 3rd week after placing order I sent another email and still no reply. Avoid this seller there are now mounting negative reviews, my next step is to try get my money back via my bank as I've now had to order from a different seller to get the items I should have received by now from house of hobbies. Ppl have even gone to his shop on the days and times he is ment to be open to find it locked up.

This shop is a joke he's a joke god knows how many times I have rang this bloke and Emailed with no reply or can't leave a message, Never again
It's now 22nd June still no response got my bank involved to claim money back

Martin! I have repeatedly emailed and rang with no return of an answer. I got to the point where I google earthed your address and rang the aquatic shop a few door up , embarrassed as I was to ask the gentleman if you were still trading?, he answered that I was the fourth inquirer for this. He was very kind in forwarding my number and name which I received, probably a global email in your predicament. Which I accepted with open arms as a cry for help. At this time I gave you time to complete my order, I still now wait for my order as placed on the 1st of may. Contact me at your soonest please.

A very annoyed customer
