Superb! We can't ask for better feedback than that.
It's fab to hear that you felt that the communication plus product were both excellent and appreciate your validation of HOW to others.
First time I have used House of windows
This is the first time of using House of windows, and the communication was excellent, delivery was early on the appointed day. No waiting around for most of the day.
The delivery driver was pleasant and polite, I had to bring the frame and glass from the van to my property, but this was expected.
The frame was well protected, and obviously the glass required careful consideration and storage.
Would I use this company again? Yes I think so.
