These guys have been nothing but amazing. Helpful advice on the phone over a weekend and sound advice before purchasing hoverboard in November. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

Absolutely brilliant service ordered one day got it the next cant fault the hoverboard and kart its been amazing the wheel on the front grinded down due to wear and tear problem sorted the same day and a new wheel shipped out free of charge to me the next day brilliant company to buy from and great communication 😀

Purchased a hoverboard nearly 2 years ago and recently my son bent the front of his kart. I purchased a new one off eBay but when it arrived the wheel looked much smaller and I was worried I’d made a mistake. Emailed this company on a weekend to ask for advice and they replied to me on a Sunday! I did not expect that level of service at all. They told me that there was no problem with what I had bought when many companies might have tried to sell me something else. Friendly, responsive and honest. Can’t fault them or the hoverboard which has been brilliant!

I ordered an electric bike on line from hoverboard.co.uk
Very easy to do site said product in stock so clicked the buy button job done.in the afternoon had a phone call saying they didn’t have the 29” in stock(gutted).
But they could sort it out for me.had an email later that day saying bike being picked up by dpd.
Next afternoon bike was delivered I also had a couple of questions to sort out responded quickly and with the information I needed.
I don’t think they could have done anything better.great customer service great price speedy delivery.

Bought my eldest son an offroad Hoverboard for his birthday and he loves it so much, so I've just bought another one for his brother! The boards themselves are well built and seem to hold their charge well. Also the customer service was excellent when I contacted them, they resolved my query very quickly.

Excellent service, always answered the phone when we rang and had any queries with the hoverboard. Was Christmas present for my son and everywhere was sold out or couldn’t guarantee delivery for Christmas, was shipped and delivered within 2 days as promised so got it in time for Christmas. Product was exactly as described which was great.

Great service - very knowledgeable and always happy to help with questions and queries. Great product too - our kids LOVE the go kart and attachment!

Bought a Ranger Camo board and Kart kit for my 9 year old for Christmas. It has been absolutely amazing so far and my son adores it. Great quality, easy to control and very solid. Customer service and communication was first class and very helpful when I needed to replace a lost bolt (our fault through a move rather than anything to do with quality of the item). Would highly recommend and will definitely be back when our younger child is old enough to have one!

We got my 8 year old son the air pro with flames for his birthday back in January and to say he loves it is an understatement!! We were surprised how quickly he got the hang of it, he makes it look so easy! We are lucky to have enough floor space around our home for him to manoeuvre around, it’s become his second skin! He also absolutely loves the kart which is so easy to attach, he tends to want this when he’s outside so he can zoom around faster whilst feeling safe. Highly recommend these hoverboards, the look, the feel, the quality.. everything about it. We also realised we didn’t have a rubber charging port cover, possibly lost in the birthday party mayhem… contacted the company and they sent us another within a matter of days.
Following this my daughter has been asking non stop for the same one for her birthday, I have left it to the last minute and was gutted to find that the pink galaxy were out of stock… it has to be pink she is very girly!! So I contacted the company, I got an instant response from a lady called Kim and she has managed to find me one and I am so, so grateful, I am going to have one very happy girl on her birthday. Amazing service, highly recommend, thank you so much!

Bought Hoverboard and cart it for my son's birthday. The Hoverboard got lost and after contacting the customer service they sent a replavement to arrive for the next day. My son said it was the best present he had ever received. I preferred this product over the one over the copies as the battery life is longer and it has the UK safety guarantee. It looks strudy and the cart is easy to assemble to the Hoverboard.

Have now bought two boards from Hoverboard and the service received both times from has been exemplary. Email advice sought and given within the hour, ordered by email and delivered next day. Two very happy Grandchildren! Many thanks Emma 😊

Ordered my daughter the board and kart bundle ready for Xmas, which was very reasonably priced! The website is very easy to navigate, plenty of option and easy checkout. Ordered it in the afternoon of the Monday, got the relevant email confirmation... items arrived the morning of the next day by courier! I did check with customer service to see if both parcels (board & kart) were arriving same day, got an instant response back as well as the delivery of second parcel the same day!
Can't fault the service, can't comment on the hoverboard as yet but the item is of excellent quality on inspection!
