Battery ordered and paid for but doesn’t arrive. I contact the company who tell me to contact delivery company who just tell me the package is in the system for delivery
The company have not taken any responsibility for this or tried to help sort it out. Don’t just give your money to this company clearly they don’t send out the goods

Checked with seller prior to buying a replacement battery to make sure I had the right one, replied quickly to say I had, order placed and battery arrived well packed and quickly. After replacing the battery and switching on the laptop got an error message about the BIOS being possibly changed, let the laptop power off by itself and when restarted it fired up as normal. Battery did come with a 72% charge but ran this down and charged again before using, battery looks good at the moment, well done to seller

5 Stars for the purchase and for the Battery BUT 1 star for using EVRI as your delivery courier - they are notoriously useless and it never improves. Any other courier would have earned a higher star rating.
Hence the middling rating of 3 stars is given.

After going to my local PC repairs,with my laptop with a battery failing problem.(light saying full,but turning off,with a message about the battery)
I looked around on the internet & found this company.
It was easy to buy,quick delivery, the battery is brand new,cheaper than I thought it would be.
It was easy to fit & replace.
I am very happy with my purchase.

My battery order was delivered a few days before the actual stated delivery time, the battery was packed well and was in very good condition, fitted into my laptop no problem and had about a 30% charge, plugged laptop into charger and it took about an hour or so to charge fully, it was an extra mha battery so that was good, laptop lasted about 4 1/2 hours on first charge which was great getting about 20 mins on my old knackered battery, think these times should go up again after a few good charges,, so all in all I am very pleased with my purchase and price to put a new lease of life into my old and trusty laptop.

Battery delivered quickly and well packaged

Replacement battery arrived within a few days, complete with little screwdriver for fitting. It sat correctly in the space and the laptop is now back up to 100%. No fitting instructions but I watched a YouTube video for a similar laptop where disposable gloves were worn so I did that. Case opening was different but went OK once I'd worked out where the hidden screws were.

Great battery great price. Others available were all lower capacity. Left in a bush in the rain by Hermes, but well packed so kept dry.

Like others, concerned over origin and delivery of my battery. Whereas Curry’s Partmaster didn’t have it, and gave me details of wrong £70 battery, this company’s help (Max) assured me their £23 replacement was exact match. Everything delivered within 5 days and working fine. Only negative was delivery by Evri (Hermes) Tracking Data not updated consequently forced through letterbox and Dropped on hard floor.

Delighted with my purchase. The packaging was excellent and the company even supplied two small screwdrivers to help with the installation. Overall very pleased with the service.

I was very concerned over buying a battery from the market place, as without exception they are all made in China and various websites were offering different capacity batteries as replacements.
The Battery arrived within the 3 days indicated, it was the exact same size, and fitting as the original HP unit. The capacity kWh and mAh stated were as the original and was immediately recognised by the lap top. Battery life is back to 'as new' The only criticism is that instructions on initial charging etc were in the website and not that clear.

COMPUTER BATTERY REPLACEMENT

From my computer flashing a warning, during October 2023, that the battery needed replacing it was only a matter of days before I had sourced and received a new battery, at a very competitive price, from Hplaptopbattery.
Their service was excellent and my computer restored to good health.
