Very efficient and knowledgeable; price is reasonable.
The agent I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She answered my questions well. Then delivery was efficient, surprised me to see it was delivered to my office the next day.

Shipping was slow
Shipping was slow. Took over a week to receive. You asked mulitple times for reviews and surveys well before product was received? The good news was that exactly the right product was received. One box was crushed and likely had been opened but all good. This was the first time I've purchased from HPMS.

Just being able to find this reacher is…
Just being able to find this reacher is fabulous. I have had 2 for 15 years and the 26” one finally broke on me. I’m a Quadriplegic and need it to pick things up off the floor. And these are the only ones that work for me.

Exactly what I needed
exactly what I needed. mfg no longer carried the exact products I wanted but was able to get from HPMS. Timely delivery. Tho price was higher than other similar products, shipping was free, so net cost was lower than elsewhere for a similar product.
