I ordered a Frank Stubbs Deluxe Trochanter Belt - Small (2131S-Small, 25"-35"). However, the belt I have received is less than 35" long itself and can only fit up to 28" so I have no use of it. Still in the process of returning now.
As far as I experienced, the shipping and responses from customer service are fast enough. Speaking of packaging, the box was sealed in a soft bad without protection so it got dented.

All ok except shipping which was a disaster. Can not recommend because of that.

Loved the ease of ordering directly from the distributor rather than the big A company. My order arrived quickly with numerous confirmations, shipping details. I ordered 3 of the same product and was a little frustrated with the inconsistency of the fit (thumb support). Not HPMS's fault. I contacted customer service and I received an immediate reply and the issue was resolved within 24 hours.

They cancelled my order with a reason the manufacturer is no longer making the item. However I found it through another 2 sellers with no problem. I still have not seen my refund to my credit card. Will call my credit card company tomorrow to follow up.

I received two items. One is the wrong item. I hope they resolve the issue at no cost to me, to earn a higher rating.

I was disappointed that nothing I ordered was available and I wasn't informed until 3 days later. This greatly inconvenienced me as I was scheduled to travel internationally and was left with no time to make alternative purchases elsewhere.
