If I could more stars I would. They went above and beyond for my order and myself. They are always friendly and professional. I will always keep going back because I know I will be looked after.

I have not yet received my shipment. I paid $17 which is a high price for a very small package and it is going to take two weeks to deliver. I honestly thought that having paid such a high price for the delivery I would receive my items within a couple of days. I am very disappointed.

However, I found it very inconvenient that I had to sign for the parcel. Even though I was home, I didn't hear the doorbell which meant I had to make a special trip to my very busy local shopping centre to retrieve it. It's really rare these days for a signature to be required and I would like to see you revisit this requirement. Thanks for this opportunity! Narelle

I bought two dry shampoos and online it said they had 5 left. Once purchased they said they only had one left so I got refunded for the other one but when I checked a week later it said there were 5 available on the website. So they don’t update their website clearly

Wonderful experience, even though there was a mistake and I was sent the wrong order the team reached out immediately and let me know and organised return shipping and sending out my correct order. Great customer service

It’s been over a week and my order still hasn’t been posted. Cant get this company on the phone to chase it up. Will have to report this as a fraudulent transaction if I can’t get any response by Monday evening. Will not buy from again.
