Unfortunately the process was delayed due to the maintenance management company that was extremely slow, which cause a lot of unnecessary disruption. Jawad and his team were clear and efficient from the start. I was eager to get things going on a remortgage which required a solicitor for a discharge. I initially went with Barclays in house solicitors, which was a big mistake and ended up adding nearly 3 weeks when I should have completed in that time. Though I went to HS Legal, the process was dealt within 10 days. They replied to ever message and where clear in the information required. I found the online system easy to use and their fees are extremely reasonable as I was quoted 3 times as much from another local solicitor. I was genuinely impressed at the speed and professionalism of the team. I couldn’t recommend them enough, and wouldn’t think twice about using them again in the future. Superb team! Thank you again!

HS Legal Solicitors really value their clients and take a pride in customer care. Their efficiency in dealing with every aspect of my case was impressive. Not only were they efficient, they were always monitoring progress and driving the case forward to attain the deadline. As an auction property this was particularly important with a 56 day turn around agreement ensuring that no penalty fee would be incurred if late completion. They deserve profuse thanks for this.

Solid from the first day. Had a few issues with a mortgage lender of which HS legal were more than helpful with.

There was a small issue when the purchase was going through, things were a little slow but at the end of the day, not a big deal.

Overall, they were helpful and really clear with what I needed. I will say that all contact was via email so if you’re a person who likes a call to discuss things, just bear that in mind.

Terrible solicitor. Missed the accurate completion date on the contract, caused me to loose a lot of money .Got the stamp duty calculations wrong .
Also breached data protection on a different client .
Failed to act in a timely manner and failed to be be accountable an apologetic for his mistakes.
