The customer service was excellent and Nanette
knew and understood all about your products. Well done

On my visits I was made to feel welcome and my needs were listened to and helped. I was shown a range of products, was able to narrow down my choices and for the first time ever find an armchair and settee just right for my short body. I was given time to consider which items to go for and never felt rushed or pushed into choosing anything.
Some of the best customer service I've ever had.

I was very relaxed sat in 2 of the chairs I liked the assistant and manager were very nice and also helpful explained everything and answered all questions very pleased with the experience 😀.

Great customer service from start to finish, including the polite and professional delivery team of Ian and Paul.

From walking through the shop door to delivery of my chair I received friendly, expert, non pressurised, very helpful and professional staff. Special thanks to Michelle in the shop and to the very kind and respectful delivery chaps Craig and Jed. All three went the extra mile👌.
