Not hurried or forced into making a purchase. We were able to view and try the chairs we wanted and in the right sizes for us. Quality of chairs we worth the cost and now looking forward to getting them in our hour

Very kind staff, unfortunately I cant remember his name. He was so helpful and helped my elderly neighbour from start to finish with choosing the correct size chair .

We placed an order,and paid for it and ll was well until the next day you phoned to say the material would not be available until August.So we cancelled immediately. Kayleigh who came to our house was very good,so no complaints from that side of things,but we were very disappointed to have to cancel.

Clare who served us was excellent, she didn’t rush us in any way. She was very informative and helped my husband come to a decision on the chair he wanted. Thank you Clare for all your help.

Excellent customer service. The staff at Plympton were all extremely helpful and friendly. We went into the shop to buy one armchair. They were so comfortable, we bought one each. Prices were less than I'd feared, too!

Cheryl was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & we had full confidence in her judgement. A very bubbly, cheerful person that made the whole experience fun.

Nothing was too much trouble for Cheryl and Sue, both of whom advised on chair size and comfort when I visited HSL Plymouth. There was no sales pressure which I appreciated and I was given time to make up my mind plus fabric samples to take home and match with my room and furnishings. I would use the company again and cannot praise their staff enough for their reassurance.

Immeadiately you enter the the showroom, your looked after. Cup of tea/coffee biscuits. Such a relaxing experience nothing to much trouble. Down to business was equally chilled, all questions answered and purchases made. A very pleasing experience.

"Good Morning", as my wife and I stepped into HSL Plymouth and a warm smile welcomed us. We came looking for a riser/recliner chair for each of us, it wasn't long before we had made up our minds.
Both Kayleigh and Simon were most helpful, friendly and understood what we were looking for, order for two new riser/recliners(Himolla) were soon being arranged.

WOW! a completely different retail experience. I was met as I walked in by Claire who asked what I was looking for. I explained what I didn't want and why. She showed me the 2 seater sofas and I sat down on one I had already identified on line. She made me a cup of tea and also brought some biscuits. She checked how the chair suited the measurements they use o ensure the seat was ergonomically right for me then sat down and we chatted for ages. This was to check that I was really comfortable. All this before we considered fabric, cost etc. Now I just have to wait for my sofa to be made. They will let me know when it is ready and we'll fix a delivery day and whether it will be am or pm. You don't get all this anywhere else!

The company had the right product, and the right people in Simon and Helen at the Plymouth showroom, to build and create an order for the riser/recliner chair that I wanted.

On arrival at HSL Plymouth we were greeted and shown to the beds we were interested in by Simon. He was very knowledgable polite in every respect and went out of his way to help us make the right choice and fulfil our order.
The delivery men Edwin & Gary did a good job and got the beds together quickly and working well.

I took my parents to the Plymouth showroom this afternoon. The experience was very enjoyable. We were greeted on arrival by two members of staff Sue and Cheryl . They were both very friendly and helpful, their expertise and knowledge of the rise/recliner chairs was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the patience and care they showed to my parents and myself was really lovely. My parents are now very much looking forward to the arrival of their new chairs . Very happy customers.

I ordered some arm covers for my riser recliner . The young lady I spoke with was extremely charming, efficient and helpful. Simon was the original salesperson who served me when I came to the showroom in Plymouth to buy my chairs, He was very professional and I was delighted with both interactions from Simon and the young lady I spoke to today(Sat 22 November)

From placing the order with Cheryl after her excellent advice on the type of chair best fitted for my husband, to the timescale for delivery of the order and the care shown by the delivery team from Reading the whole experience was seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company and my husband is very pleased with the quality and comfort of his new chair.

We went to several different shops looking for a adjustable bed for my elderly mum before we went to HSL. Then we met Simon at the Plymouth store who was really helpful kind and patient in helping us choose a bed that would suit her. He made her feel very comfortable in dealing with him. Bit of a long wait for the delivery but when it was delivered the young men who delivered and put the bed together were very nice and professional and took the time to show mum how to operate it and make sure she was happy. Today my mum received her bed which was delivered by Martin & Leon and who arrived at the time they said. They were so helpful in that they moved the old bed out of bedroom as the gents coming to collect were running late.
After setting up the bed they gave mum a demonstration on how to work the remote.
They took away all the packaging. Thank you so much Martin & Leon.
Mum also had a very good experience at the Plymouth branch when purchasing the bed a few weeks ago. Unfortunately she can’t remember the lady’s name but again very helpful.

From the moment we walked into the shop in Plymouth till the chair was delivered this morning, everything was trouble free.Cheryl was excellent, we had brief conversation, and good wonder round, found the style we wanted, then the fun started with the colour choice , Cheryl and my wife pointing me in the right direction ( fuelled by good coffee and biscuits,and a lot of cheerful laughter). Excellent.
