Excellent from start to finish! My mother couldn't be happier with her new HSL chair. Brilliant personal service in the Rotherham showroom on our two visits. Chair was also ready a couple of weeks earlier than estimated. On the delivery day Craig and Danny couldn't have been more polite and helpful, introducing themselves, being careful and tidy, and fully explaining the features and operation of the chair.

Delivery
Craig and Danny delivered my father-in-laws chair today. They did a great job, were very respectful, positioned the chair where we wanted it and took time to show him how to use it.

Lynn was fabulous, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A great asset to the company. 5******

Excellent service and delivery.
Angela at Bramley HSL was extremely helpful when I was choosing my Stressless chair. Ian and Paul the delivery guys came early, which was great, and installed my chair in our living room. All went very smoothly.

Excellent Customer service from Angela at Rotherham. She provided detailed product information for the range of chairs we were interested in and helpful guidance as to the chairs features including the orthopaedic aspects which we thought outstanding.
Overall a very informative consultation which provided us with sufficient information to make our purchase decision with no hesitation.

Needed a higher seat sofa as my legs aren't what they use d to be so we visited the Rotherham store. We were welcomed by Louise who did a great job in explaining everything. We had already seen a sofa we fancied and there was one in the showroom so we were able to try it out straight away whilst enjoying tea and biscuits ,no pressure at all to buy. We ordered two of the sofa's we had decided on and the whole process was straightforward.
Fast forward six weeks and our order was delivered by a couple of great guys Danny and Carl.
All in all a good service and we are delighted with our new furniture.

Ian and Paul arrived as notified and were polite and courteous. We were disappointed because my wife had to move two sets of drawers,which were heavy, and Ian and Paul didn't offer to help. Finally they knocked some plaster off a wall.

We visited the Rotherham store and were served by Mark. He couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. He took time to demonstrate, assess and answer all our questions and was very attentive.

Our experience was fine who can refuse a cuppa and a waggon wheel when shopping. We went with the Italian made two seater sofa and we hope that it will give as good a service as the HSL three seater service that we have had for 5 years or more. Time will tell.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We chose at the showroom and could try all the options. It was made to order. Estimated delivery in 6 -8 weeks, it was ready early. Delivery by Carl F and Lee R. They were friendly and professional, put the furniture in place and took all the rubbish away. The furniture is simply gorgeous exceptional quality. Although it was chosen for husbands poor mobility, it would look lovely in any home. Buy with confidence, exceptional service.

Craig & Danny delivered new chair, which we are very pleased with.
The expected delivery lead time was met in full.
They first announced the day for delivery, then sent a note giving us an estimated 3 hour timeslot, and then phoned telling they would deliver in 30 minutes.
All was met.
Craig and Danny announced themselves carried in the chair, assembled it and then instructed us on how to operate it. They also checked it was in the place we wanted.
They were polite, well presented and helpful.

Our chairs were delivered today by two very helpful men who are very are good ambassadors for your company. The chairs are extremely comfortable & we are very pleased with our purchase. John& Dorothy.

A spoilt for choice showroom at Rotherham with knowledgable, friendly staff and service with a smile for starters.
Ordered 2 x 2 seater settees and a raiser/recliner on 21/7, delivered on 26/8 (4 and a bit weeks start to finish).
Two fitters came and constructed the furniture before our eyes. Quality was self evident and in my view justified the price.
I would highly recommend this company.both for its products and the obvious first class training of its staff.

We made a couple of visits to the Rotherham branch before deciding on a sofa and chairs and on each occasion we were welcomed at the door by a lovely lady called Lynn. She was very helpful and patient without being pushy, even offering us an endless supply of tea and biscuits. We had a couple of problems along the way but these were sorted out quickly and efficiently by the friendly Customer Service team. We are now very happy with our furniture and having suffered with a back problem for the past two years I can now sit in comfort at last. Would definitely recommend HSL.

From visiting your rotherham showroom and being looked after by the lovely Pauline , to the delivery of my beautiful chair today by Lee and Carl who just left me enough time for my breakfast. The experience has been 5 star excellent. Proper customer service indeed. I shall return !! Thankyou
