Looking for a specific size of mainspring I was amazed at the choice held in stock and at very reasonable cost. My purchase arrived on time and in perfect condition. I am only too happy to recommend this company and intend to use again.

I had purchased a silver plated bracelet on a recent cruise and polished it incorrectly taking off the silver plate .. I found on this website a solution that adds silver back on to the base metal .. the base metal has to be brass or copper and after researching my bracelet found it to be brass. The product worked brilliantly ..saved me having to replace my bracelet at over £60.00 ., definitely recommend., Silver Solution Sheffco , 1x150ml - SF01A plating re-plating.. order was easy and delivered Royal Mail tracking and arrived on time .. very pleased .,

I am attempting to clean up and repair an old Westminster chime pendulem clock. Due to an accident the bezel was broken. The clock face was in need of attention as was the movement. In the end my wife ordered a new glass bezel on Ebay as it turned out I ordered two different clock faces from HS Walsh and the glass bezel was also from HS Walsh. Both my wife and I were updated with information and eta of delivery and both arrived by Royal mail two days after ordering. All good, now to get to work..

I purchased a watch movement back in Nov 2024, but only got around to fitting it last week. When I came to fit the movement, the date register was not quite in the watch face window. I contacted the sales team, Paul was my contact, he had his team review the movement to ascertain if it was correct. Paul called me back to explain that they could not find a problem, however they would send me a new movement as a courtesy. Brilliant service. Will definitely use them again. AA+++

Silver plating solution worked instantly and perfectly had a watch spinning bezel piece with real diamonds that was faded from me using a wire brush on it thinking it was stainless steel and diamonds and had no way of making it back silver from brass until I found your solution Definitely recommend

I found what I needed on the website without any bother, then popped along to the Biggin Hill shop and collected my order. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A great place to get my watchmaking supplies. Top job!

Useless website. I had to jump through 15 minutes of registering my intimate details fr billing and shipping details, only to find thar when I got to the checkout to find the cost of shipping, the site had decided to ignore my previous inputs and require my shipping address once again (for the third time). And to add insult to injury, the shipping cost was extortionate.

Luke was fantastic in helping me get my order sorted. Managing to pay by BACS and have the item posted out ASAP is brilliant.
Highly recommend Luke and highly endorse his customer awev skills. A praise to him and his employer.
