The product didn’t work for me (turk gave me REALLY bad dry mouth), so I tried to return it under their guarantee. I contacted them within the allowed time and followed their instructions... Since then, they’ve stopped replying, and without a return address/authorization I literally can’t send it back. If you advertise a money-back guarantee, there should be a clear and responsive process to use it.

Their satisfaction guarantee is false. They deduct the taxes and shipping that they won’t give back. Then you are responsible for the taxes and shipping to send it back also. Right there you are losing 40% of what you would’ve gotten back. They wouldn’t even allow me to return my item because it had been 30 days. They tell you to make sure you give the supplement adequate time to adjust to your body and work and don’t worry because they have a satisfaction guarantee. Well I’ll gave the supplement adequate time and it’s a bad supplement and they won’t accept return of either of the two bottles I bought. One isn’t even open, still has the plastic wrap on it. Terrible company bought multiple items and all of them were out of stock, and I could not get a refund when requested. No way to get in touch with customer service in real time and they are so slow to respond. Don't shop here save yourself the headache

Amazing quality products, would highly highly recommend!

Terrible company to deal with. Paid $170 for my supplements including delivery. Then told I had to pay $70 more. I asked for a refund and was denied and ignored.
Don't waste your money with this scam company

My husband and I really enjoyed the products! Especially the Pink Candy Pre-Workout and Maple Cookie Casein/Whey! The products shipped easy and on time! Thank you!

I never even received the book or anything else from my order of 1500$ since the customs destroyed it, because I had 1 item in it that was apparently not allowed...
This company dont take any responsibility for it, and wont send me any replacements for anything, so if you order anything, make sure to order everything in a seperately and never make any large orders from this company.

I'm a big fan of Greg Doucette and thought I'd give his supplements a try. Whilst they are great, especially the protein bars, the customer service is atrocious.

I live in the UK and so had to pay considerable shipping costs (100USD) which I understand and agreed to. Upon delivery to my house, I found I had to pay import fees which were then almost EQUIVALENT to the shipping costs. I accept import fees are a thing but in comparison to other US companies whom I also bought from, they were extortionately high. For context, I ordered very similar supplements, of similar total value from another supplement company at the same time (for quality comparison) with ZERO import fees to pay upon arrival.

I emailed HTLT twice to query why the charges were so high, but no response either time. I've read similar things from reviews on the HTLT site regarding poor customer service. Again for comparison, the other company I ordered from actually reached out to me before they processed my order, wanting me to check I placed the order correctly, as they appreciated it was a costly order.

I like Greg a lot, and his protein bars are superior to the rubbish on the shelves in the UK, but this experience has sullied his good name for me. If not for the amazing protein bars, I would be leaving a 1 star review.

Customer care should be paramount, especially when that customer drops 400 USD. Really disheartening. Never again.

Could have got the prework from anywhere tbh but i love Greg's content so he won me over. Taste pretty good. Harder than last time !!!
