Our leak detection team locates hidden leaks using non invasive methods including thermal imaging, acoustic testing and tracer gas, avoiding unnecessary disruption to the property. Our damp and mould division provides independent surveys carried out by a PCA and CSTDB qualified surveyor, supported by a detailed written report that establishes the underlying cause, with full remediation available where required. Our fire and flood restoration team responds to escape of water, storm and fire damage, managing everything from initial make safe and drying through to complete reinstatement. We also undertake water mains work, including new supply installation, mains repairs and the replacement of ageing lead and iron pipework. Delivering these services under one company means our clients deal with a single point of accountability from diagnosis through to completion, rather than coordinating multiple contractors. We work with homeowners, private landlords, letting agents, housing associations, property management companies and insurance loss adjusters throughout Essex and the surrounding areas. Can’t thank Lewis and his team enough. We’d noticed our water bill kept creeping up and had no idea where the leak was. Lewis talked us through what they’d found, explained why a new pipe was the best option, and got everything sorted without making it a bigger job than it needed to be. Really decent lads to deal with and we’d happily use them again if we ever needed to.
Would highly recommend HUBB Group. My elderly parents had a leak in the middle of the night, and after calling them they were on-site within an hour to isolate the water and make everything safe.
The following morning, the team returned, removed all the standing water, set up dehumidifiers, and repaired the leak in under five hours. They completely took the stress out of what was a very worrying situation.
