I’ve been following Huda Beauty from Canada, and it’s been such a helpful resource. The makeup tips and skincare advice are practical and easy to follow, and the product reviews are honest and detailed. I’ve discovered so many great products thanks to their recommendations.

I’ve been using Huda Beauty products for a long time and have always loved the quality, but this was my first time ordering directly from their website.

I was honestly really impressed with my experience. I placed my order yesterday and already received it today at 12 in the afternoon, which was much faster than I expected, especially for an international delivery.

Everything arrived perfectly, and the products were exactly as expected. Since I already own several of their products, I knew what to expect, and I was not disappointed at all.

Overall, a very positive experience, and I would definitely feel comfortable ordering from their website again.

Not worth dont buy

While I've been a LOYAL customer of Huda Beauty's cosmetics and skincare, I've experienced the worst customer service ever! They use AI-generated responses, while giving customers the run-around. NO online chat feature to get a hold of any representatives or anything! I was trying to order an item that had been restocked and for some reason, I ran into some technical issues on the website and reached out to Customer Service. It took them 2 days to respond and then when they did, they gave me basic troubleshooting steps which didn't work. Reached out to customer service again to let them know and they took their sweet time getting back to me (another 2 days). I had no help at all and the item ended up selling out. i ended up going back and forth with them for almost 2 WHOLE WEEKS! I wrote them and expressed how much of a failure their customer service is and how they treat their loyal "Goddess Tier Status" customers like crap. They really do not care about you as a customer. I've shopped at Charlotte Tilbury's website and when I ran into issues, they have an AWESOME online chat feature where an agent will take time to assist you right away with whatever it is! They have SUPERIOR customer service! I'd rather shop there where I feel valued.

Yes I love Huda and what she stands for, however her customer service and the way her company treats loyal paying customers are whack. I regularly shop huda beauty myself and own most of the complexion products. My friend bought me the easy bake setting spray for my birthday which is completely faulty (confirmed by the brand) as the spraying mechanism doesn’t work despite there being lots of product left inside. I explained this to huda beauty, however, because my friend purchased this from a different platform they keep on pushing me to challenge it with their customer service. I partly understand that part, but the real issue lies with the quality of the packaging and not the retailer. I explained this to their customer service, but they kept pushing me to raise concerns with the retailer.
This has honestly changed my perception of the brand. They are a multi million pound company, are able to throw free products at influencers and send them on brand trips but can not support a loyal paying customer?? The situation has really upset me as a regular consumer of their products, i genuinely expected better from them. They do not care about their customers and would rather send some fake influencers to Dubai for a PR stunt. Disappointed to say the least.

I honestly can’t fault Huda Beauty 👏🏼

My parcel was unfortunately left on my doorstep while I was at work and ended up going missing, which was so disappointing. But their customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They responded quickly, were so understanding, and replaced my order with no hassle at all.

It’s rare to come across a brand that genuinely cares about their customers like that. On top of that, the products themselves are 10/10 – such high quality and always worth it.

Okay y'all I really really REALLY wanted to love this middle eastern inspired luxury makeup brand because the founder's story is genuinely iconic 👏 But after 2 months I am so disappointed 😭 My previous makeup routine had my skin looking flawless, airbrushed and fresh ALL day — since switching to this one my foundation looks cakey within 3 hours, my eyeshadow creases badly and my skin has been breaking out nonstop 😤 Like the SWATCHES are stunning but swatches don't live on your face all day?? I recently bought the colour corrector and lip gloss (The Faux Filler). Before, I use Rare Beauty colour corrector, so compared to it, this one has smoother formula. But the con is, it is too liquidy and the container it’s not that secure, so it tends to leak if it’s not angled correctly when I store it. For the lipgloss, I love the filler plump effect on my lips, but it tends to get too sticky and stringy on my lips. Sometimes, my lips ends up dried after using it, unless I prep my lips with lots of lip serum first.

I made an order with a $50 voucher I had. My order was canceled by the Huda Beauty team. Because the order went through before the order was canceled, my voucher shows 'redeemed'. I have written over 20+ emails to the Huda Beauty team in the span of a month and a half. I have not received a response since Feb 19th and it's currently Mar 4. They are not responding to my emails. They will not reissue my voucher, nor send the order that they canceled. Terrible customer service. They have lost a customer from me and everyone else I will be telling this story to.

Has caused my skin to be dry, now very inflamed.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! Stole my money and kept sending fake tracking ID’s. Scammers ! Make sure you cancel your cards if you purchased

This product caused severe swelling and intense skin inflammation within hours of use. The reaction was painful and completely unacceptable. I followed the instructions and do not have sensitive skin.

This is not a mild irritation — it’s a serious reaction. I will not use this brand again. Do not buy without extreme caution.

J’ai toujours acheté avec le site officiel hudabeauty.c vu que j’habite en UK, je n’ai jamais eu de problème,
Je suis rentré en France et je voulais faire une commande sur le site français, sauf que il y a une différence d’écriture c marqué hudabeautys . Et le site n’est pas fait comme le site officiel, il y a aussi une différence dans la présentation du site .Vous devez faire attention sur le site français hudabeautys.f avec un s , je pense que c’est une arnaque, car quand je voulais payer, ça m’a mis le PayPal d’une personne et pas sur le compte d’ Huda Beauty.

Huda beauty is a very pricy brand and I don’t think their products live up too it. I purchased the liquid blud which doesn’t last at all. It was off my face an hour later. Far too expensive would rather purchase drug store cheaper products as £24 is far too much for a small liquid blush.

Ich habe ein kaputtes Paket erhalten, was ich in der Black week bestellt habe. Die Produkte waren kaputt, weil die Verpackung schlecht war.Ich habe mindestens 30 E-Mails geschrieben. Ich habe erst nach 2 Monaten eine Antwort bekommen. Es war die ganze Zeit ein hin und her. Die Produkte seien angeblich ausverkauft, aber sind online verfügbar. Sie wollten mir nur nicht die verbesserte Formulierung zusenden. Wenn man ein Kunden monatelang warten lässt, kann man doch die erneute Version schicken. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich habe auch keine Rückzahlung erhalten. NEVER EVER!!! falls ihr euch was kauft, dann bitte nur über Sephora. Ich habe noch nie einen schlimmeren Kundenservice erlebt. Ich musste den Sachverhalt immer wieder vermitteln. Die haben mich monatelang warten lassen. BITTE NICHT DIREKT DORT BESTELLEN!
