A fantastic and seamless experience. I was impressed with the range of gift options and the ease of distribution.

Used Huggg to gift customers for their support during the pandemic. Seamless experience and great they were able to select a delivery address and date of their choosing. Prices are also inline (and sometimes better!) than what you would pay direct with stores. Great idea. Great app.

Lewis at Huggg has been brilliant. Nothing is too much and he’s always at the end of a call to explain things and chat about how to get the most out of the platform. The platform is extremely easy and intuitive to use. I can’t fault them or the system.

A great platform for incentivising your team and customers.

We use Huggg to send a little gift (coffee, usually) to members of our network who make a useful introduction, or who agree to have a demo of our platform. It's a great way to stand out and add something different.

We used Huggg to send boxes of Chocolate Brownies as an incentive and thank you to people supporting our charity by becoming a regular giver. I have used Huggg several times now for both adhoc employee thank you gifts and as competition prizes. It is always so easy and simple to use, very, very well received and there is something for everyone to choose from! I highly recommend using Huggg in this way esp as there are different ways to send the gift which assists when you don't always have email addresses and they are very responsive to queries. I have also been a recipient and found it thrillingly easy to use and claim my gift!

Huggg provides a fantastic service and range of products to choose from. Prior to the pandemic we would order rewards to be shipped into the office, but WFH made this challenging to say the least. Huggg allows you to share rewards with team members and they enter their own delivery details - this tiny detail has really helped our internal staff reward programme.

Brilliant System - we have found it really easy to use to issue vouchers to thousands of families. Feedback from our families has been positive and they have found it easy to redeem the vouchers

The whole Covid WFH thing made it really tough to reward my team members without asking for their home addresses so Huggg was a perfect solution. Booze, chocolate brownies and smelly stuff gave them a good choice. Just need someone to gift me the brownies now!

Fantastic Service. Using Huggg for our company to provide immediate and instant surprises & delights has been a bit of a game changer. The types of gifts, products and options available is wide and provides something for every type of employee.
Often the smallest gift is far more impactful than the more traditional internal recognition and reward initiatives. Hugggs help us do this in a admin free way without paperwork, approvals and large costs.
Huggg allows us to provide "moments" that land well.
Am starting to widen the use of them now and plan for other reasons whereby we can create a moment and lasting memory such as during employee onboarding, promotion announcements and end of project celebrations.

I use Huggg to surprise my clients with small thank you gifts. I also used to use it with my friends when Huggg used to operate in B2C and it never failed to put a smile on their faces. It's often the details that make the difference! They have a great choice of gifts that suit all budgets. It's also very easy to use for the person who makes the gift as well as for the person who receives it.

Every interaction that I've had has been excellent, both for general guidance and any support that I may have needed, as well as being friendly and patient. The site is very easy to use, very intuitive, and good for seeing whether the vouchers have been claimed or not, which has been really helpful. It's certainly the best I've seen/used for these types of transactions.
