The loan process was great
The loan process was great. The application was easy to fill out, and the information they asked for was relevant and easy to understand. The only thing that could have been better is if they had a form that auto-filled in some of the information so you didn't have to type it all over again, but other than that I'm really happy with what they've done so far.

i am a very satisfied customer of this company!I really appreciate the customer care that I received when I called in. They were very helpful and answered all my questions, plus they were very friendly also, the location in blue springs is amazing. it is only about 15 minutes away, which makes it very convenient for me. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and would definitely recommend them to others!!

had a great experience with hugo! I needed to pay a few bills, and they were able to get me approved for a loan quickly. I liked that they talked me through everything and answered my questions in a way that didn't make me feel stupid or like they were just trying to sell me on something.
